Closing Specialist
Ardán®
• Assembling, preparing, reviewing, and verifying all documents required for loan closings • Preparing preliminary and final settlement statements • Reviewing and revising closing documents to meet lender requirements • Coordinating the closing process, including scheduling and execution of document signings • Performing final pre-closing reviews of title fees, taxes, premiums, endorsements, vesting, and all checklist items • Serving as a liaison between lenders, title companies, borrowers, and settlement agents • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from closing through funding and recording • Supporting post-closing activities • Managing an active pipeline of files
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required, Baccalaureate degree preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with title or closing company preferred
- Strong customer service skills required
- National title closing experience preferable
