• Provides underwriting support and authorization to company personnel, agents, and customer(s) • Examines title orders within company guidelines to determine conditions of title and insurability • Researches title plant software, analyzes and evaluates pertinent record documents • Explains chain of title, exceptions, and requirements to customers and managers • Recognizes title defects and formulates curative solution • Assesses risks and liabilities that may jeopardize the company • Maintains proper production levels and delivery standards on a daily basis • Reviews surveys prepared on properties, if applicable • Works closely with the customer and escrow staff to meet time requirements • Prepares an accurate and comprehensive title commitment in accordance with company procedures • Performs other duties assigned by manager

• Serve as the Front-Line Legal Advisor to Customer-Facing Teams: Be the go-to ERISA resource for the internal teams that work directly with plan sponsors and participants — providing real-time, practical legal guidance on the ERISA, IRC, and fiduciary questions that surface as customers interact with the platform. • Serve as the ERISA SME for Product: Be the go-to ERISA resource for the product team as they design and build new features.

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements, including commercial transactions, SAs, DPAs, NDAs • Assist in management and maintenance of the company’s standard contract templates and playbooks • Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations • Proactively address evolving regulatory and governance compliance environment • Provide oversight and leadership for all legal needs of the business
