• Responsible for developing, launching, and scaling AIS's Electrical Workforce Solutions Division • Combines business development, workforce strategy, recruiting leadership, customer relationship management, operational oversight, and financial accountability • Serves as the face of AIS's electrical division and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, workforce expansion, and customer success • Focused on workforce solutions, labor deployment, recruiting strategy, and client support—not electrical contracting operations

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients throughout the United States. • Identify and engage decision-makers including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Superintendents, Operations Managers, HR Managers, and Business Owners. • Introduce AIS services and communicate our workforce solutions value proposition. • Qualify prospects based on project needs, labor demands, and workforce challenges. • Schedule appointments and sales meetings for Business Development Managers and Sales Directors. • Follow up with prospects through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions within the CRM system. • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment-setting goals. • Collaborate with the AIS sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

• Research and maintain compliance requirements for labor laws in U.S. states (e.g., posters, classification, OSHA, onboarding forms) • Manage onboarding paperwork (W-9, I-9, contractor agreements, per diem forms, insurance docs, etc.) • Ensure proper classification of workers (W-2 vs 1099) based on state laws • Support Spanish-speaking contractors during onboarding and check-ins • Track worker documentation and ensure timely renewals • Communicate with payroll and finance teams regarding per diem, hours worked, and compliance issues • Assist with maintaining digital records and updating internal compliance databases

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruiting team • Handle bilingual communication with candidates and clients (calls, emails, messages) • Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups • Maintain applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and internal records • Assist with job postings, application reviews, and resume organization • Translate documents, messages, or job descriptions when needed • Prepare reports, update trackers, and ensure data accuracy • Support onboarding tasks for new hires (document collection, forms, coordination) • Perform general administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries

• Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting mid-market and enterprise clients across telecom, data infrastructure, and construction. • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Over time, hire and mentor a small team of sales/business development professionals. • Launch marketing campaigns that clearly communicate our telecom and infrastructure solutions. • Build case studies and client success stories that highlight our fiber, cabling, DAS, Wi-Fi, and data center expertise. • Manage online presence (LinkedIn, SEO, website) to ensure Archetype is discoverable and trusted. • Explore partnerships, industry events, and PR opportunities to position Archetype as a leader in telecom and cabling solutions. • Partner with company leadership to define growth targets and priorities. • Establish KPIs for sales and marketing performance and provide regular reports. • Identify new markets, verticals, and opportunities for expansion.

• Handle all daily benefits operations, including enrolling employees, maintaining eligibility, processing changes, submitting information to insurance carriers, updating payroll deductions, and supporting compliance tasks • Work closely with our licensed agent and company leadership to ensure employees receive accurate, timely support • Employee Onboarding & Enrollment: Collect required employee and dependent information; Enter new hire data into benefits platforms (Employee Navigator, Ease, etc.); Provide plan summaries, SBCs, and required notices; Process medical, dental, and vision plan elections; Submit enrollments and changes to insurance carriers; Track enrollment confirmations and ID cards • Benefits Administration: Maintain accurate employee eligibility and coverage status; Process qualifying life events (marriage, birth, loss of coverage, etc.); Handle additions, terminations, and plan changes; Update payroll deductions for benefits; Respond to employee benefits questions via email and messaging; Maintain organized digital records for compliance • Carrier & Payroll Coordination: Reconcile monthly carrier billing statements; Identify and correct premium discrepancies; Coordinate with payroll to ensure deductions are accurate; Submit forms, documents, and updates to carriers as needed • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain enrollment documentation and audit trails; Assist with ACA tracking and reporting; Manage COBRA notifications (with third-party vendor); Ensure compliance with company policies and deadlines; Support annual open enrollment and plan renewals • System Administration: Keep benefits platforms updated with correct plan information; Upload new plan documents and SBCs; Maintain census files and reports; Assist with technology integration between benefits, HR, and payroll systems

• Maintain accurate financial records in [e.g. QuickBooks, Xero]. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements. Track and categorize business expenses. • Collect contractor timesheets/hours worked from field managers or contractors. Calculate weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Maintain payroll records and assist with payments. • Prepare and send weekly invoices to clients. Align invoices with contractor hours worked and project details. Monitor payments and follow up on overdue invoices. • Maintain accurate contractor records and documentation. Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. Advise on proper contractor classification and support HR processes like onboarding. Assist with employment compliance reporting and audits if needed.
