Job Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or compliance (U.S. experience preferred)
- Familiarity with U.S. employment classifications, onboarding processes, and labor law basics
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience using tools like Google Workspace, DocuSign, Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks, Airtable (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones and handling sensitive documentation
