Corporate Counsel – Construction, Commercial Contracts, Employment

Archetype Themes

• Review, draft, negotiate, and approve various legal agreements • Provide legal guidance related to diverse projects including Electrical and Communications Infrastructure • Advise on employment law and corporate compliance • Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Safety teams to reduce legal exposure • Advise executive leadership on strategic growth and corporate governance

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Ability to obtain or maintain Texas licensure if required
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant legal experience
  • Extensive commercial contract negotiation experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional analytical and negotiation abilities
