What you will do - Manage senior-level stakeholders to gain buy-in, define success metrics, align on objectives and key results (OKRs), and ensure a product roadmap and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) are prioritized to deliver intended outcomes. - Lead an outcomes-based product model, rooted in user research and validation, ensuring high levels of engagement and collaboration from the user base. - Craft and manage comprehensive roadmaps, coordinating strategies across the product platform with clear linkage to the product portfolio and organizational goals. - Manage a full-stack development squad, including backlog prioritization and participation in Agile ceremonies. - Collaborate with development captains (Data Science and Engineering) to translate product strategy into detailed specifications, making functional and user interface design tradeoffs where necessary. - Oversee the rollout and launch of the application, including testing, training, and communications. - Monitor and share product performance post-launch, along with proposed engagement tactics and continued development to increase adoption, utilization, financial impact, and efficiency. - Interface directly with users to gather feedback, understand needs, build trust, and resolve utilization issues or challenges. Qualifications - Strong experience in a dynamic product management role. - Experience working in an Agile framework. - Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle. - High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams. - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. - Experience with a similar platform to manage project workflows. - Excellent communication and storytelling abilities (written & verbal) with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Empathetic approach to customers and stakeholders, exhibiting high emotional intelligence. - Ability to work with a large number of teams to achieve the product vision. - Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, and managing senior-level stakeholders. - Focus on innovation and thoughtful inclusion of AI. - Analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify key unmet needs and solutions. - Commitment to understanding user needs and experiences, with a focus on delivering value through the application. - Experience working with Jira, Excel, and PowerPoint.
