Your work will be crucial in supporting complex project environments, including those related to Engineering, Procurement & Construction, global project controls, cost management, risk management, planning, scheduling, and estimating. Key Responsibilities - Define, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global project controls within Engineering, Procurement & Construction. - Design end-to-end process flows and swimlane diagrams using advanced visualization tools. - Translate intricate operational workflows into clear, standardized, and actionable documentation. - Develop high-quality technical documentation for processes and systems, including Quick Reference Guides and User Guides. - Ensure all documentation is concise, accurate, consistent, and adheres to industry standards. - Create comprehensive training materials for business continuity, reporting and analytics launches, new process rollouts, and digitization initiatives. - Collaborate with organizational change management and project teams to transform process changes into practical, role-specific training content. - Develop process documentation and training for various enterprise systems and digital tooling. - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement. - Support initiatives focused on process simplification and standardization. - Ensure documentation remains current as systems, tools, and processes evolve. - Partner with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to accurately align and document processes. - Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for process improvement and facilitate discussions for process alignment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in process management or related fields. - Proven expertise in business process documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) development. - Demonstrated ability in process mapping and workflow design. - Proficiency with visualization tools for process flow modeling. - Strong technical writing skills. - Experience in developing training materials and user guides. - Ability to produce high-quality deliverables with minimal rework. - Commitment to long-term engagement in assignments. Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience supporting Engineering, Procurement & Construction, construction, data center, global project controls, cost management, risk management, planning/scheduling, or estimating domain. - Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder facilitation experience. - Prior experience supporting process, controls, or digitization initiatives. - Experience with large-scale enterprise environments. - Six Sigma certification. Role Description As Audit Service Delivery Lead at SQA Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting SQA’s Audit family of products. This role operates under the direction of the Director of Operations and serves as the primary point of accountability for scheduling execution, team output, and operational health across the Audit family of products. The successful candidate will own team output, proactively identify operational risks before they escalate, and serve as the first line of process improvement awareness for Audit Operations. Responsibilities - Team Output Management: - Manage day-to-day throughput and performance of Service Delivery – Audits team responsible for scheduling the entire set of Audit-related services to be performed by our skilled Auditor/Associate team, currently including: - Audits - Assessments - Supplier Desktop Evaluations - Manage remote Service Delivery Coordination team across multiple time zones and mix of full-time and contract personnel - Process and triage incoming work requests to the Coordination team, ensuring appropriate assignment and prioritization - Performance Metrics Ownership: - Provide tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to: Scheduling throughput rate, preparation throughput rates, and on time scheduling rates - Provide timely, accurate, and actionable status updates and trends to the Director of Operations with sufficient lead time to course-correct issues before targets are missed - Proactively monitor operational conditions including team capacity, client request volumes, scheduling conflicts, Contractor upskilling needs, and process friction to surface risks before they become delivery failures - Process Improvement and Trend Visibility: - Flag emerging client behavior patterns (e.g., late submissions, cancellations, expedited request frequency) which have negative downstream impact on scheduling throughput - Raise process improvement needs with sufficient context to inform project scoping and resource decisions.
