Job Description
Web Implementation & Content Specialist
Aquent
Role Description We are hiring short-term contractors to support high-volume website execution across enterprise CMS platforms. This role is hands-on and output-driven, focused on content updates, page builds, intake coordination, QA/UAT, and release support. This is not a developer role and not a strategy role—success is measured by accuracy, speed, and reliability. - Build, update, and maintain web pages in enterprise CMS platforms (primarily Drupal using Lightning Builder). - Execute content updates and page changes based on approved designs and copy. - Translate Figma designs into functional CMS pages built to specification. - Intake and organize work from creative, content, marketing, and web teams. - Write clear, actionable tickets for enhancements, fixes, and updates. - Perform QA and UAT on pages, components, forms, and releases. - Validate functionality, layout, links, accessibility basics, and browser behavior. - Support sprint work, backlog updates, and release coordination. - Ensure work meets deadlines and quality standards in a fast-moving environment. Qualifications - 2-3+ years of hands-on experience working in an enterprise CMS (Drupal, Sitecore, AEM). - Proven experience building and maintaining pages using visual/page builders. - Experience translating designs from tools like Figma into live web pages. - Strong QA mindset with high attention to detail. - Experience writing and managing tickets in tools such as Jira, Asana, Azure DevOps, or Monday. - Working knowledge of HTML and CSS (enough to QA, troubleshoot, and communicate issues). - Familiarity with agile workflows (sprints, backlogs, intake, releases). - Ability to manage multiple requests at once and prioritize effectively. Requirements - You can execute independently with minimal hand-holding. - You are comfortable with production-level CMS work, not sandbox projects. - You meet deadlines and respond quickly when priorities shift. - You care deeply about accuracy, quality, and launch readiness. - You are organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced delivery environment. What This Role Is Not - Not a front-end or back-end developer role. - Not a UX designer or strategist role. - Not a pure project manager role. - Not an entry-level or "learning on the job" position.

SkyPilotSkyPilot accelerates the world's most ambitious AI teams. Every hour they spend fighting infrastructure is an hour the frontier doesn't move — so SkyPilot turns fragmented compute across clusters into one optimized, highly available and easy-to-use pool: a single "AI supercomputer." SkyPilot (10k+ GitHub stars, 14M+ downloads) is deployed at 100s of companies — from Fortune 500s to top AI-natives like Abridge, Applied Compute, Mistral, Unconventional AI, H Company, and Nubank — with usage growing exponentially. Born in the UC Berkeley lab behind Spark and Databricks, our growing team includes top-tier talent from Databricks, Google, Berkeley, MIT, CMU, and Cornell.
Role Description SkyPilot has enormous open-source pull — millions of downloads and hundreds of companies already running it. We're looking for our early growth hire to turn that pull into a repeatable pipeline. You'll build the outbound and growth engine from scratch: the sequences, the sourcing, the tooling, and the experiments that get SkyPilot in front of the right teams at the right time. You're the person who turns adoption and interest into a steady flow of the right conversations for the team to close. What you'll do - Build the outbound engine: design and run prospecting sequences, sourcing, and enrichment, and stand up the growth and GTM tooling stack (CommonRoom, Clay, and the like) from the ground up. - Turn our ICP into pipeline: take the ideal-customer definition and operationalize it into target-account lists, plays, and campaigns that reach frontier AI teams and platform engineers where they already are. - Run growth experiments: test channels, messaging angles, and offers; instrument the funnel so you know what's working; double down on what wins and drop what doesn't. - Open early partnerships: find and grow the cloud, community, and ecosystem relationships that put SkyPilot in front of new users. - Feed the closers: work alongside the Founding Account Executive and Product Marketing Manager — you build the machine and generate qualified pipeline, the AE closes it, and product marketing supplies the message. Qualifications - You've built a GTM or growth motion from close to zero and owned it end to end. - Fluent with the modern growth and GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, enrichment, data tooling like CommonRoom or Clay) and comfortable wiring tools together yourself. - Analytical: you instrument funnels, read the numbers, and run disciplined experiments rather than one-off campaigns. - Able to sell a deeply technical product to a technical audience — you can hold a credible conversation with ML and infrastructure engineers. - Strong bias to action and ownership. Benefits - Competitive equity, compensation, and health benefits. - The chance to work with some of the best minds in cloud, distributed, and AI systems — with significant autonomy and ownership. - A front-row seat at the latest open-source infra startup from Berkeley (lineage: Databricks, Anyscale). Location San Mateo, CA. Remote will be considered for exceptional candidates.
