• Partner closely with Marketing/Revenue/Product leadership to understand priorities and deliver actionable insights. • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models (Power BI, Amplitude, or similar). • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis and clear recommendations. • Combine product, revenue, marketing, and operational data to uncover cross-functional insights. • Establish analytics standards, metric definitions, SLAs, and governance for the Marketing/Revenue/Product domain. • Drive self-service analytics by creating clear documentation and automated reporting. • Use LLM-assisted tools and AI coding agents to accelerate analysis, exploration, and documentation. • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to scalable analytics workflows.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years in a data or business analytics role
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Experience with BI/product analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Amplitude, etc.)
- Proven ability to deliver insights from multiple data sources (CRM, product, finance, marketing)
- Comfortable working with ambiguous questions and senior stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools/coding agents to accelerate analytics workflows.
