• Achievement of new business sales revenue in APL Logistics core verticals and services to help our business grow. • Build a robust sales pipeline of qualified sales prospects and opportunities to achieve sales targets. • Position APL Logistics as a global supply chain specialist providing order management and Global transportation solutions to qualified prospects. • Apply a consultative selling approach to identify pain points and understand customer needs. • Create compelling value-added solutions with the support of subject matter experts within the business that solve the customer’s supply chain and logistics problems - present, negotiate and win the business. • Manage stakeholder relationships; attend face to face customer meetings to build rapport and trust at all levels within the organisation. • Support customer implementation to ensure successful onboarding of new customers into APL Logistics. • Provide insight into Regional Customer and Competitor developments in the French market. • Regularly update the CRM (Salesforce) throughout each customer engagement phase for up to date pipeline visibility and accurate sales reporting.

• Execute day-to-day tasks for customer programs to meet KPIs. • Lead customer calls and provide tracker of ongoing tasks. • Support ad-hoc customer queries. • Support suggested process improvements, based on customer requests and ensure the improvement outcome is delivered. • Identify potential issues and raise them with customers or manager to resolve them. • Act as a point of contact for customers when they have specific queries or requests related to the program. • Owner of communication for all assigned customers and responsible for working with teams to ensure tasks are closed timely. • Maintain all SOP’s to include but not limited to Logistics Procedure manual and User Guide and ensure clear instructions are noted with most current customer requirements. • Ensure to respond to queries from various stakeholders within Service level Agreement (SLA). • Manage any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisors/Managers.
• Monitor and evaluate sales and market data for a specific geographic region and produce reports that will assist management in formulating strategy and identifying areas in the market where business can be developed. • Employ business development plans to identify, evaluate, and structure key transactions to ensure maximum value through the entire product life cycle. • Develop and implement a relationship management plan for potential customer accounts to build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues. • Set clear objectives for each call or meeting; tailor standard materials to make presentations to decision makers and influencers within the customer organization. • Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches. Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve these, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response. • Engage with different product owners, and obtain/provide advice, insights, suggestions or recommendations on how to better deliver to meet customer needs. • Support a stronger partnership with key clients, so as to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Own end‑to‑end product roadmaps for Sales, Service, and Marketing CRM. • Drive portfolio prioritization using standardized fields (Business Value, Urgency, Platform Impact, Customer Impact). • Ensure a unified intake model across business projects, internal work, incidents, and ideas. • Lead prioritization forums and maintain a predictable release cadence (monthly and bi‑monthly). • Translate business requirements into scalable, platform‑aligned Dynamics CRM solutions. • Own architectural integrity across integrations, data models, workflows, and feature design. • Ensure alignment to platform health vs. product value separation within the operating model. • Review vendor solution proposals for quality and alignment with platform roadmap. • Lead release approvals and readiness checks across monthly and bi‑monthly releases. • Ensure adherence to Jira workflows, state gates, and release governance standards. • Approve release notes and communicate production impacts, training needs, and required actions. • Oversee incident escalations and prioritize hotfixes when required. • Serve as the primary CRM voice for Sales, Service, and Marketing business teams. • Facilitate UAT, define acceptance criteria, and manage cross‑functional communication cycles. • Promote transparency around prioritization, releases, and CRM roadmap evolution. • Oversee vendor delivery quality and alignment to CRM governance. • Ensure rigorous execution of releases by CRM Dev, Admin, and Vendor teams. • Maintain accountability for execution quality, platform stability, and incident trends.
