• Estruturar a arquitetura da solução, estabelecendo os processos e implementando ou evoluindo o módulo HAM. • Orientar clientes nas melhores práticas de ITAM. • Avaliar e propor evolução contínua do ciclo de vida de hardware. • Estruturar e otimizar a normalização de dados. • Desenvolver automações utilizando Flow Designer. • Implementar e sustentar processos de gestão de ativos de hardware na plataforma ServiceNow. • Assegurar a qualidade e confiabilidade dos dados no CMDB. • Criar e manter inventários de ativos, ajustando dependências e desenvolvendo dashboards para HAM. • Trabalhar em conjunto com áreas como Compras, Financeiro, e TI.

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes with autonomy and agility • Handle a high volume of tech vacancies, ensuring quality and speed of delivery • Perform active, strategic sourcing (LinkedIn and other sources) • Manage the candidate pipeline with a focus on conversion, quality, and diversity • Conduct competency-based interviews (soft and hard skills) • Prepare structured assessments to support decision-making • Work closely with leadership to understand the context and real needs of the teams • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience • Monitor KPIs (time to hire, SLA, conversion, etc.) and drive continuous improvement • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives

• Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform. • Build solutions using modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others. • Develop applications using App Engine. • Create and configure workflows, forms, integrations, and business rules. • Participate in technical discovery and requirements gathering with clients. • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions. • Ensure development best practices and platform governance. • Work on projects using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Support technical issue resolution and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.

• Configure ServiceNow ITOM to discover and inventory IT assets such as workstations, switches, servers and applications on customers' networks; • Automate configuration management and the CMDB using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM; • Install and configure IT monitoring using ServiceNow ITOM; • Configure ServiceNow ITOM with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI; • Configure ServiceNow AIOps integrations with solutions such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, Netcool, TrueSight, SolarWinds, SCCM, SCOM, among others; • Automate workloads and workflows in on-premises and cloud environments using communication protocols such as SSH, PowerShell, JDBC and APIs (REST/SOAP/others);

• Design the solution architecture and establish processes. • Implement or enhance the HAM module. • Advise clients on ITAM best practices. • Assess the maturity level of asset management. • Propose continuous improvements to the hardware lifecycle. • Define and optimize data normalization. • Develop automations using Flow Designer. • Implement and support asset management processes on the ServiceNow platform. • Ensure data quality and reliability in the CMDB. • Create and maintain asset inventories and HAM dashboards. • Collaborate with teams such as Procurement, Finance, Security, and IT. • Provide technical support for ITAM operations.

• Actively prospect clients and business opportunities, demonstrating expertise in selling innovative solutions. • Conduct consultative sales from opportunity qualification through tailored demonstrations. • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key accounts, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization. • Diagnose clients' needs and recommend customized solutions based on Aoop’s capabilities. • Stay up to date on market trends and competing solutions, contributing to the development of effective sales strategies.
