Servicenow Technical Consultant – ITOM

Aoop Cloud Solutions

• Configure ServiceNow ITOM to discover and inventory IT assets such as workstations, switches, servers and applications on customers' networks; • Automate configuration management and the CMDB using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM; • Install and configure IT monitoring using ServiceNow ITOM; • Configure ServiceNow ITOM with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI; • Configure ServiceNow AIOps integrations with solutions such as Zabbix, Dynatrace, Datadog, Netcool, TrueSight, SolarWinds, SCCM, SCOM, among others; • Automate workloads and workflows in on-premises and cloud environments using communication protocols such as SSH, PowerShell, JDBC and APIs (REST/SOAP/others);

Job Requirements

  • Have configured at least one of the following management solutions: Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, SCOM, SCCM, Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, Netcool, TrueSight, Nimsoft, UIM, Tivoli, TADDM, ADDM, BMC Discovery.
  • Knowledge of traditional IT infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Experience with at least one container deployment technology: Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
  • Familiarity with different architectures and integration protocols between systems and platforms.
  • Experience working on projects and tasks related to IT or Cloud infrastructure automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Perl, Python, PowerShell or Shell Script.
  • Intermediate or advanced English.
