Expertise in email programs and audience segmentation is a must in order to lead A/B testing within campaigns, and other optimizations. - Managing marketing technology: Assist in managing the Marketing Technology stack, which includes tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Bizible, Qualified, and others. Ensure that these tools are integrated and working properly, and they help to troubleshoot any problems that arise. - Tracking and measuring marketing metrics: Provide insight on performance of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify what's working and what's not, and make recommendations for improvement. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely and communicate effectively with marketing, sales, sales operations, and many, many others, to ensure that marketing campaigns are successful. Work to understand the needs of each team and to find ways to make marketing campaigns more effective. Who We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of Marketo experience - Salesforce experience - Time management & Organizational Skills - Program Management tools (JIRA) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office & GSuite The salary range for this role is $91,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location. Job Requirements • At least 2 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in health care/managed care experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. • Some experience with marketing analytics platforms and strategic planning tools. • Analytical and strategic thinking skills. • Organizational skills and attention to detail. • Project management experience/experience managing complex projects in a regulated environment. • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency.
