• Book hotel accommodations for Passengers • Handle emergency relocations of Passengers that occur last minute • Work closely and in sync with scheduling and other relevant groups to satisfy all operational requirements and resolve situations that may affect Passengers • Communicate with internal departments and management to resolve problems and expedite work • Monitor and confirm access to tools, systems and defined resources needed to perform the job duties as per Standard Operations Procedures, and report issues to supervisors • Effectively utilize all tools and technology to process, track and report transactions • Accurately register in TA Connections System and applications all reservations information, agreements, approvals and background information relevant for future research and troubleshooting • Source for suitable and compliant hotel markets and cities where American doesn’t have contracted hotels or when contracted hotels are Sold Out • In case of only having non-compliant options, ensure AA approves the bookings and record it as evidence in ConneX “notes” • Make payments to hotel and transportation vendors as per system settings. (hotel’s contractual payment terms, are managed by AA) • Maintain an environment of positiveness, open and respectful communications and professional behavior. Report any incidents in a formal and professional way to the supervisor on shift and/or HR • Maintain impeccable attendance, punctuality, breaks, and adherence to Companies’ policies and Employee’s Handbook • Supports IT, Billing and Commission Collections departments with data gathering activities, folios gathering, payment of collections and issue trouble shooting • Works on special projects and other duties as assigned

• Managing day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts to ensure service delivery meets contractual expectations • Supporting customer retention by responding to service needs, coordinating issue resolution, and monitoring account activity • Analyzing account performance, service metrics, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities • Coordinating with Operations, Billing, and other internal teams to resolve account issues and deliver agreed solutions • Preparing account reviews, customer communications, and service summaries for internal and external stakeholders • Identifying potential risks, service gaps, or upsell opportunities and escalating appropriately

• Lead the delivery of cross-border, regional, and domestic payment rail integrations through API, SWIFT, and host-to-host connectivity. • Translate bank specifications and business requirements into detailed product requirements, engineering stories, and delivery plans. • Drive integration testing, certification, and production go-live activities with banking partners. • Manage the post-implementation lifecycle to ensure reliability, scalability, and operational stability. • Define and monitor integration KPIs, including: System reliability, Reconciliation accuracy, SLA adherence, Operational efficiency. • Develop reusable integration frameworks and patterns to accelerate future bank onboarding initiatives. • Partner closely with engineering squads during solution design, sprint planning, development, and release management. • Ensure integrations meet resilience, observability, security, and operational readiness standards. • Drive complete payment lifecycle coverage, including acknowledgements, status reporting, returns, reconciliation, and exception management. • Design and validate operational workflows and edge-case handling across distributed payment systems. • Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Product Managers. • Provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and career development support. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, and Banking Partnerships teams. • Influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights and product expertise. • Facilitate alignment across global teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

• Lead and support the end-to-end onboarding of new banking partners and the expansion of relationships with existing partners. • Coordinate and manage bank onboarding processes, including: Completion of detailed onboarding questionnaires, Preparation and submission of AML/CFT documentation, Compilation of policies, procedures, and supporting materials. • Act as a key point of contact for banking partners during onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing relationship management. • Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), KYC/CDD requests, and periodic reviews conducted by banking partners. • Prepare compliance presentations and materials and participate in meetings with banking partners to articulate Corpay’s AML framework, controls, and risk management approach. • Support the opening of new bank accounts across jurisdictions, including coordination with internal stakeholders and external banking partners. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all information provided to banking partners. • Draft and review Policies, Procedures, and related Compliance documents to support banking partner onboarding and ongoing due diligence requirements. • Ensure documentation reflects Corpay’s evolving business model, including new products, jurisdictions, and client segments. • Support execution of financial crime risk assessments across entities, products, and jurisdictions. • Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress, risks, and key deliverables. • Support the compliance review of new products and services, ensuring AML/CFT requirements are identified and addressed. • Support evaluation and implementation of compliance systems and tools.

• Support recruiting activities including scheduling, posting roles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews • Maintain candidate data accuracy and keep stakeholders updated throughout the process • Assist in sourcing activities using job boards, databases, and professional platforms • Support hiring events, assessment logistics, and onboarding tasks
