Director, Talent Sourcing

• Overseeing a centralized or global talent sourcing function supporting enterprise hiring across multiple business units. • Reporting directly to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition and regularly collaborating with multiple stakeholders. • Leading recruiting for complex roles requiring advanced sourcing, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder alignment. • Developing targeted sourcing strategies using market insights, competitor mapping, and talent segmentation. • Conducting in-depth assessments and influencing hiring decisions through structured evaluation. • Improving TA processes through documentation, templates, and better stakeholder communication. • Preparing leadership-ready hiring reports, forecasts, and recommendations. • Supporting TA capability building through coaching and best-practice sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 8–12+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including significant expertise in talent sourcing and executive search.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience leading global or multi-region talent sourcing organizations.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple business functions and levels, including professional, technical, leadership, and executive hiring.
  • Experience establishing sourcing metrics and using data to drive recruiting decisions, including: Time-to-fill, Time-to-submit, Candidate pipeline health, Diversity pipeline metrics, Recruiter productivity, Source effectiveness.
  • Background in financial services, fintech, payments, banking, technology, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience leading sourcing for difficult-to-fill, technical, product, finance, compliance, technology, or executive-level positions.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters and talent sourcers.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across HR, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and executive presentations.
