Key Responsibilities - Own credit risk assessment and reserve management. - Drive the strategy for evaluating, scoring, and mitigating credit risk. - Own fraud detection and prevention controls. - Own end-to-end onboarding compliance including KYB verification and AML screening. - Build flexible, platform-oriented systems for operations teams. - Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves and enforcement actions. - Lead a product team delivering high throughput and high ROI. - Stakeholder management across risk, ops, and finance. • Define and maintain the long-term product strategy for power electronic converter platforms. • Actively lead the structuring of converter platforms across HVDC and FACTS solutions. • Develop and drive the product roadmap covering: performance, technology development, cost competitiveness, reliability improvements, sustainability objectives, lifecycle and obsolescence management. • Manage functional and non-functional requirements at the product level. • Translate solution needs into reusable product capabilities. • Manage the full product lifecycle, from design through withdrawal.

• Own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our interview platform • Help define the roadmap for our product suite; evaluate how we should leverage AI to provide a stronger signal and measure of a candidate’s technical capabilities; collaborate with leadership to shape Karat's strategy in the evolving technical assessment market. • Prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives; partner with engineering, content, and UX teams to deliver high-quality solutions. • Analyze assessment data to improve accuracy; design experiments to evaluate different approaches; leverage our database of hundreds of thousands of candidates to enhance our signal on candidate performance. • Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement; partner with Go-to-Market (GTM) teams on expansion strategies; develop compelling business cases for new offerings.
