Senior Associate, BI, Analytics & Reporting

• Design, develop, and maintain the organization's business intelligence and reporting dashboards. • Design, develop, and maintain data models and feeds for report development. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analysis needs, refine business questions, and translate them into technical requirements. • Use Power BI and/or SQL expertise to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions. • Prepare insights and conduct data analysis to answer business questions, identify key drivers, and support data-driven decision-making. • Ensure that data is accurate, validated, and easily accessible for reporting and analysis. • Document report logic, KPI definitions, data sources, assumptions, and refresh cadence. • Manage and prioritize workload and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Apply AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency across business intelligence and analytics activities. • Support development and maintenance of management reports, executive views, and persona-based dashboards as needed. • Follow, learn, and share best practices for Power BI development. • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations. • Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on business intelligence and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in business intelligence and reporting, with a focus on data visualization, dashboards, and reporting.
- Experience across requirement analysis, solutioning, design, modeling, implementation, testing, and end-user communication.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing reporting requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI, with proficiency in complex DAX, Power Query, tabular data modeling, visualizations, RLS, composite modeling, Power BI Service, licensing, etc.
- Strong understanding of database systems, analytical processing, data modeling, and ETL/DWH frameworks.
- Experience with SQL development for BI and analytics use cases, including queries, views, stored procedures, and reusable data assets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms and data integration technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, AWS, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics, automation, or productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Codex, or internal AI agents, for BI development, SQL, documentation, analysis, or workflow improvement is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI administration/governance, REST APIs, PowerShell, DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, Python, or R is a plus.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation projects as well as maintenance and support projects is a plus.
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry is a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is preferred.
- Work in diverse environments - geographical, cultural, and business - is preferred.
- Certification in Microsoft Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Working remotely, you will support Everyturn Mental Health's waiting list management, deliver low-intensity CBT interventions, and play a key part in expanding our national Step 2 webinar programme. - Deliver evidence-based, low-intensity CBT interventions to support people experiencing anxiety and depression. - Contribute to innovative, scalable approaches including webinars and group-based interventions. - This is a permanent full-time role, working Mondays to Fridays, with one late shift (12pm-8pm) required each week. - This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service.
