Role Description We're looking for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our National Talking Therapies Team! Working remotely, you will support Everyturn Mental Health's waiting list management, deliver low-intensity CBT interventions, and play a key part in expanding our national Step 2 webinar programme. - Deliver evidence-based, low-intensity CBT interventions to support people experiencing anxiety and depression. - Contribute to innovative, scalable approaches including webinars and group-based interventions. - This is a permanent full-time role, working Mondays to Fridays, with one late shift (12pm-8pm) required each week. - This role is not eligible for sponsorship as it does not meet the requirements set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service. Qualifications - Hold PWP Registration (or be working towards) with BABCP or BPS. - Demonstrable experience of working with people who have experienced a mental health problem utilizing low intensity CBT in the PWP role. - Demonstrable experience of meeting agreed performance targets in a service demonstrating clinical outcomes. - Demonstrable experience of working with people who have experienced common mental health problems (i.e., anxiety/depression). - Demonstrable experience of working within a Talking Therapies service and achieving good individual outcomes in patient work. - Demonstrable experience in robust risk management processes. - Demonstrable experience of working with clients who may present as highly emotive and at times present as aggressive or difficult. - Demonstrable experience of conducting assessments.
