Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Industry Manager, Pharma to drive Alfa Laval’s growth in the U.S. pharmaceutical and biopharma market. Requirements - Customer focus: Put the customer first and is eager to please them in line with company standards. - Goes out of way to ensure that individual customer needs are met. - Marine product & applications: Fully understand the customer’s processes and able to match, explain and motivate the customer to choose our products and applications. - Make the customer realize his needs and wants regarding features, benefits and values. - Apply the knowledge related to marine product & application completely on his own also in complex and unknown situations and tasks without need for supervision. - Able to teach others in formal situations like classroom training, coaching etc. - Coach colleagues that are on Proficient level by translating complex issues into easy-to-understand terms. - Able to do commissioning, commissioning supervision, troubleshooting and realize performance audits of marine products and applications.
