We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce technical developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions. This role is responsible for providing architectural guidance across all Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications built on the Salesforce Platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, data modeling, and system design, enabling effective alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives. Collaboration with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and third-party partners is essential to ensure the optimization of the Salesforce platform for performance, security, and scalability. Primary Duties - This role will work directly with the project team and business. Responsible for tracking the enterprise portfolio and driving project teams in shaping consistent architecture across the Salesforce platform. - Manage the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and custom applications. The role also requires definition, documentation, roadmap for current and future states, and resolves technical issues in areas of ownership. - Mentor development teams and provide technical support and quality assurance throughout all project stages, addressing technical challenges as they arise.
