Role Description AKIVA is seeking a Safety & Technical Training Lead to own the development and delivery of Safety Management System (SMS) training, technical content, and promotional materials for the FAA Air Traffic Organization. You will design SMS training within the FAA's enterprise Learning Management System, deliver Safety Risk Management courses on a regular cadence, and partner with the assessment and analytics teams to keep training, briefings, and supporting documentation aligned to current ATO SMS policy and guidance. This role translates raw staffing, payroll, and compliance data into monthly status reports, KPI scorecards, and ad-hoc analyses required by the contract. Key Responsibilities - Produce the monthly and quarterly performance reports required by the contract, including placements, SLA attainment, fill rates, time-to-fill, time-to-start, and contractor attrition. - Build and maintain dashboards that track response and placement SLAs in near-real time, and proactively flag risks to the Account Manager. - Prepare financial and utilization reports, including billable hours by department, overtime analysis, budget burn, and forecast versus actuals. - Produce compliance and audit reports (I-9 status, background clearance status, required training completion) in partnership with the Compliance and Payroll Specialist. - Respond to ad-hoc data requests from client stakeholders within agreed-upon turnaround times. - Continuously improve reporting automation using the ATS, timekeeping system, and business intelligence tools, and reduce manual report build time. - Conduct quarterly workforce trend analyses to inform sourcing, pricing, and capacity planning. - Present findings during quarterly business reviews and working sessions with client HR and Finance. Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of reporting, analytics, or workforce operations experience, preferably in staffing, HR shared services, or public-sector contracting. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; working proficiency in SQL and at least one BI platform (Power BI or Tableau). - Experience extracting data from ATS and timekeeping platforms (for example Bullhorn, iCIMS, VNDLY, BeeLine, Kronos, ADP, Paychex). - Strong understanding of staffing KPIs, SLA measurement, and public-sector contract performance reporting. - Exceptional attention to detail, data governance awareness, and data storytelling ability. - Clear written communication, with the ability to translate analytics into narrative insights for non-technical client leaders. - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
