Role Description The Regional Inside Sales Manager role, within the AFO One Agilent Inside Sales Organization, is responsible for leading a high-performing team of 12–15 quota-carrying Inside Sales Representatives with geographic responsibility of a sales region in the United States. This manager drives revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer retention through effective coaching, talent development, pipeline management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives. This leader oversees a team with an aggregate annual sales responsibility of approximately $50M and serves as a key partner to field sales, marketing, and service organizations to accelerate growth and improve customer engagement.
