• Ability to do 100% Travel - This role requires extensive travel throughout the United States. • Field Service Technician will travel to support various scopes of work across US, and possibly Mexico and Canada. • The Technician must be competent to work on wind turbines. • Specific trainings and electrical/mechanical competencies are an asset. • Technician must climb wind turbines (upwards of 130m) to perform diagnostic testing, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs to mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components/systems. • Complete various reports, checklists, and hazard analysis as it pertains to job scope. • Participate in company and customer HSE/training programs. • Deliver exceptional customer experience/service to our partners in the industry. • Follow and implement work procedures for specific scopes of work to inspect, repair, and maintain Wind Turbine components. • Populate, track and communicate client and company documentation on a daily basis. • Maintain a clean work area, equipment, and tooling. • Maintain required training certifications for position (Fall Protection/Rescue Training, LOTO, First Aid/CPR/AED) etc. GWO. • Properly Prepare for each service visit: Investigate scope of work, Gather and review Manuals and Drawings, Request pictures and information from site, Request customer personnel if necessary. • Perform service while onsite including but not limited to: Verify the brakes, discs, and hydraulic systems are properly installed/integrated, Trouble shoot and fault finding during various service jobs, Check existing brake system during regular service visits, Groove discs in wind turbine. • Post Service Visit Write detailed, high quality reports incl. recommended spare parts.

Role Description The Field Service Engineer provides an advanced level of service and consultation to the customer’s applications needs related to biomedical processes. This position performs advanced troubleshooting and optimization, while maintaining best in class quality standards. It also delivers our value proposition to the customer to secure recurring business, customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. This is a remote / field position that will require extensive travel through the Mid-Atlantic region. - Provide in-depth advice on customer applications for optimal performance results - Perform consultative support for new installations, equipment calibrations, including remote monitoring and feeding technology - Service the mechanical installation and secure performance and reliability of pumps, piping, chemical feed systems, storage tanks and other connected systems - Maintain and develop the relationship with customers and key stakeholders along with the sales account manager - Deliver customer technical training as required - Identify new business opportunities and transfer sales leads to the sales teams - Provide comprehensive customer service report according to RMC policies using RMC tools - Properly maintain all Company-owned equipment e.g. tools, instruments, safety equipment and vehicle - Complete all administrative requirements including basic skills/safety training courses - Manage inventory / supplies required at customer site - Deliver upon service KPIs, including safety, productivity, customer satisfaction - Secure conditions for safe operations, according to existing RMC & Customer policies, procedures - Perform similar/related duties as needed Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, or related field required - Valid driver’s license Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of maintenance, sanitation, biomed related experience required - Expert knowledge of food and beverage sanitation or Biomed sanitation practices, and terminology Skills - Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills - Deep knowledge base in cooling, boiler, wastewater and food sanitation - Proficient in the use of monitoring and diagnostic tools - Able to build professional customer presentations using MS Office tools - CRM software Competencies - Analytical - Problem Solving - Planning, priority setting, and time management - Autonomous - Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Quality and detail oriented - Teamwork - Transparency in communication Physical Requirements / Working Conditions - Sit or stand for extended periods of time - Capability to move up to 60 lbs. by hand and 300 lbs. with use of hand truck - Ability to climb stairs and ladders - Visual acuity necessary to utilize computers and electronic devices - Extra hours and some travel may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES - Work independently executes timely completion of assigned works/projects. - Analyzing scope and determining requirements in accordance with product safety standards/procedures, evaluate or examine products/systems to determine compliance to the requirements - Works and communicate with manufacturer and customers to conduct certification inspections, along with promoting and explaining UL services. - Maintains the integrity of the UL Mark by conducting various product, device, process, system and material inspections at various site and factory locations to ensure that they are produced and marked in compliance with various applicable technical requirements. - Assists in the promotion, marketing and selling of new and existing UL services. - Performs other duties as directed. QUALIFICATIONS - Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience. - General electronics background, strong mechanical and technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret schematic diagrams. - Familiar with test instruments voltmeter, ammeter, dielectric withstand tester, ground continuity tester, etc. - Have some experience in Quality System Management such as ISO9001 or ISO internal auditor will be an added advantage. - Interest in developing cross-selling skills to better understand client business needs. - Strong written and verbal communications skills, and client-interfacing skills. - Candidates with no prior working experience are also welcome to apply. JOB DESCRIPTION - Follows complex defined test plans and datasheets with necessary supervision /support. - Evaluates test performance and sample operation to properly evaluate test results. - Records and explains test results and completes test report. - Serves as Project Lead for simple test programs as assigned with the necessary assistance. - Communicates project status and results as needed. - Holds responsibility for defining test plan, report completion and accuracy, meeting of agreed deadlines, and managing project related activities. - Examines complex customer samples with help and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case. - Communicates with customers during setup and operation to ensure proper evaluation. - Understands specific test standards and product technology for scope of responsibility. - Directs, builds and/or adapts simple test setups and equipment for assigned work, based on test plans and instructions from engineering. - Operates and maintains complex test equipment appropriately to measure and test customer samples. - Performs complex maintenance on designated test equipment and laboratory area. - May perform complex calibration of test equipment Integrates basic continuous improvement concepts and techniques for both process and equipment. - Communicates with management and technical staff to provide suggestions for new equipment, processes, and forms to improve accuracy and efficiencies. - Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.. - Other duties as directed.
