• Support and manage the Salesforce CRM, performing fixes, enhancements, access management and integrations with other systems; • Work with business areas to gather, analyze and detail requirements, understanding needs and translating functional requests into technical solutions; • Lead solution implementation projects from planning through technical delivery, either via internal development or partner vendors; • Develop and implement new solutions focused on process automation and continuous platform improvement; • Design solutions and business architectures integrated with the Salesforce ecosystem; • Act as a bridge between user teams, technical teams and external partners, ensuring proper understanding and execution of requirements; • Map and monitor indicators and KPIs, ensuring that implemented solutions align with business needs; • Conduct alignment, refinement and solution demonstration meetings for stakeholders; • Ensure the application of CRM best practices, promoting scalability, governance and strategic alignment; • Oversee projects and requests from briefing through post-Go Live, supporting analysis, validation and optimization of deliveries; • Contribute to system integrations and the evolution of processes supported by Salesforce; • Stay up to date on new features, trends and best practices of the Salesforce platform.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Technology-related fields;
- Proven experience with Salesforce, especially Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud;
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements together with business areas;
- Experience working at the interface between business and technology;
- Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules (VRs) and process automation in Salesforce;
- Experience with system integrations and CRM-related business processes;
- Experience with agile methodologies, backlog management and prioritization of requests;
- Skill in creating and maintaining objects, page layouts, native reports and Salesforce configurations.
