• Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans and procedures. • Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses. • Coordinate and lead BCP/DR testing exercises; identify gaps and recommend improvements. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Work with IT and business units to ensure systems and processes are resilient. • Maintain documentation and regularly update business continuity plans. • Provide training and awareness programs across the organization. • Serve as a key contact during actual disruptions or incidents.

• Manage and oversee all activities defining client business data assets in alignment with the Client Data & Analytics Strategy. • Influence and contribute to the client’s Data & Analytics Strategy to drive business outcomes. • Discover and document data and analytics requirements across the enterprise. • Design and implement data models using tools like Visio or Erwin, including dimensional modeling, star schema, snowflake schema, and data vault. • Create mapping documents and coordinate with ETL and testing teams for implementation. • Interact with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and obtain signoffs on requirements. • Manage multiple initiatives and projects from inception to delivery. • Maximize value from data and analytics by surfacing priorities and enhancing decision-making. • Conduct business data modeling and enable enterprise data management. • Ensure the security of data and analytic assets.

• Support Certification and Integration team members • Provide technical and operational guidance for integrations and certification tasks • Act as the fallback for the Assistant Manager Certifications and Integrations • Ensure clear task prioritization and effective workload distribution • Drive adherence to departmental KPIs and integration delivery targets • Adhere to agreed plans and schedules to deliver certifications and client integrations on time • Act as the main escalation point for complex or high-severity certification and integration issues • Own and oversee the end-to-end integration lifecycle for new and existing clients covering H2H, APIs, Webhooks, SFTP, VPNs, IPs and any new integration method that client adopts in future. • Own the end to end testing of any integration including the contents of interface files • Coordinate with Technical Units to ensure interface requirements are clearly defined and successfully delivered • Align and manage connectivity setups including SFTPs, VPNs, secure file transfers, IPs and external system access for all entities • Oversee connectivity requirements to ensure stable and secure communication channels • Be client facing and support clients with technical queries related to interface behavior and configuration requirements • Ensure all integration-related JIRA tickets (incidents, client inquiries, service requests, and change requests) are created, tracked, resolved, and documented effectively • Support the execution of online and clearing test cases based on scheme or third-party test plans • Support the completion and review of scheme-required documentation and form submissions • Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients, card schemes, third parties, and internal stakeholders • Provide consistent progress updates and escalation summaries to management • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of certification and integration delivery processes and standards • Perform any other assigned tasks as required
