Technical Account Manager
AfterShipAchieve a world-class post-purchase customer experience with AfterShip 📦
Role Description We succeed when our customers succeed. As a Technical Account Manager on the Omnichannel team, you'll own the technical onboarding journey for merchants launching on TikTok Shop with AfterShip Channels—getting them fully live and selling, and setting them up to succeed long term. You'll be the hands-on technical partner who connects and configures each merchant's integration, troubleshoots what breaks, and teaches merchants to operate Channels confidently on their own. This is both a technical and relationship role. You'll do the hands-on integration and configuration work, and you'll be the merchant's trusted guide: educating them on how to use Channels and adopt the advanced features that make them successful on TikTok Shop. You're not just closing tickets; you're accountable for whether each merchant reaches a live, healthy, self-sufficient state. What You’ll Do - Own end-to-end technical onboarding for merchants launching on TikTok Shop with AfterShip Channels, from kickoff through go-live. - Connect and configure integrations between the merchant's storefront and TikTok Shop; sync products, orders, and inventory, and troubleshoot issues (SKU mapping, variants, bundles). - Navigate TikTok Shop platform logic—API constraints, policy and whitelist nuances, and fulfillment (FBT) and returns rules. - Teach merchants how to use Feed confidently and adopt advanced features so they can operate independently. - Drive measurable onboarding outcomes: get merchants to live and healthy within ~30 days, and meaningful advanced-feature adoption thereafter. - Guide merchants beyond initial setup—helping them optimize their listings and use AfterShip Feed and Affiliates to grow their presence and sales on TikTok Shop. - Partner with merchants on their TikTok Shop growth journey, identifying opportunities for deeper feature adoption and surfacing cross-sell opportunities (e.g. Affiliates) where they'd drive merchant value. - Partner with the Omnichannel SA, Product, and GTM teams to translate merchant needs into product improvements, and stay current on platform changes. Qualifications - 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role - technical account management, solutions, implementation, or technical onboarding in SaaS, ecommerce, or marketplace/integrations technology. - Genuine technical fluency: comfort with APIs and integrations, data mapping across systems, and structured troubleshooting. - A strong educator: able to translate technical concepts into clear guidance and teach merchants to operate independently. - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under pressure across multiple accounts. - Excellent written and verbal communication; able to hold a credible technical conversation with both merchants and platform partners. - Ownership mindset - you treat your accounts as yours to grow and protect. Nice to have - Hands-on familiarity with TikTok Shop (Seller Center, catalog/listing management, order and inventory sync, fulfillment workflows) and Shopify. - Understanding of what drives merchant growth on TikTok Shop—listing optimization, content & affiliates-driven commerce, and platform campaigns. - Familiarity with affiliate/creator operations. - Experience onboarding enterprise merchants. Benefits - Great Place to Work Certified: Recognized for our inclusive, values-driven culture that celebrates diversity and collaboration. - Innovative & Inclusive Culture: Built on curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. - Ambitious Mission with Real Impact: Join us in transforming eCommerce. - Thrive & Grow: No ceiling to what you can achieve or learn. - Flexible Work Setup: Remote-first team with flexible hours. - Competitive compensation. - Healthcare coverage offered from day 1. - Retirement plans including company match. - Unlimited PTO. - Annual learning & wellness benefit. - Monthly book perk. - Career progression & professional development. Salary Range USD$92,000 - $150,000 on-target earnings.

TikTok Shop Growth Consultant
AfterShipAchieve a world-class post-purchase customer experience with AfterShip 📦
Role Description AfterShip is expanding its Omnichannel products to help DTC merchants launch and scale on TikTok Shop using AfterShip Feed Listing, Affiliates, and agent products. We are looking for a hands-on TikTok Shop Growth Operator to work directly with a small cohort of merchants, helping them launch successfully, grow their TikTok Shop business, and turn proven strategies into repeatable playbooks that can later scale through product automation, AI agents, and agency/TSP partners. Reporting to the Head of Product, this is a merchant-facing, operational role focused on execution, experimentation, and learning; not traditional sales, marketing, or customer success. This is a fully remote, 6-month contract role with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance. The role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as a critical bridge between merchants and product development. Insights gathered through hands-on merchant operations will help shape product strategy, identify automation opportunities, and strengthen AfterShip’s long-term Omnichannel growth initiatives. What You’ll Do - Own day-to-day onboarding execution for pilot merchants through a 6–8 week TikTok Shop launch and scale sprint. - Help merchants with store readiness, Seller Center setup, catalog readiness, listing QA, and basic listing optimization after the merchant has been successfully onboarded by a Solutions Architect. - Teach merchants how to use AfterShip Feed Listing and Affiliates during the launch and scaling process. - Support early affiliate activation workflows, including creator matching and campaign setup basics where relevant. - Run weekly merchant check-ins, track blockers, escalate product and integration issues, and maintain launch trackers. - Document repeatable onboarding and growth playbooks that can later be productized or scaled through agency/TSP partners. - Work closely with Product, Solutions/TAM, Partnerships, and GTM teams to translate merchant needs into product improvements and operational learnings. What Success Looks Like - Pilot merchants complete the TikTok Shop launch sprint with clear milestones, fewer avoidable blockers, and a strong first experience using AfterShip products. - Merchants actively adopt Feed Listing, Affiliates, and relevant agent products as part of their TikTok Shop operating workflow. - Product and GTM teams receive clear, actionable feedback on where the onboarding flow, listing workflow, affiliate workflow, or agent experience breaks down. - AfterShip builds a documented playbook that can be reused for future merchants and eventually scaled through automation, AI agents, or agency/TSP partners. Qualifications - Hands-on experience in TikTok Shop seller operations, DTC operations, or TSP/agency operations. - Ideally has worked at TikTok Shop as an AM, or at a leading TSP/TikTok Shop Partner as an AM or operations lead. - Strong familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Shopify. - Comfortable with catalog, listing, PDP optimization, and launch readiness workflows. - Familiarity with affiliate and creator operations. - Merchant-facing, operationally strong, detail-oriented, and able to create clean process documentation. - Comfortable working with Product to turn operational insights into product features. - North America-based preferred; bilingual capability is preferred but not required. - Thrive & Grow: Committed to empowering your career while advancing together as a company. - Flexible Work Setup: Remote-first team with flexible hours. - Competitive compensation. - Healthcare coverage offered from day 1. - Retirement plans including company match. - Unlimited PTO. - Annual learning & wellness benefit. - Monthly book perk. - Career progression & professional development. - In-office lunch and commuter benefits for those located in our hub locations.
Revenue Strategy Analyst
AfterShipAchieve a world-class post-purchase customer experience with AfterShip 📦
Role Description As a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will be the analytical engine behind AfterShip's GTM strategy, turning data into the decisions that shape how we grow. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, you will partner across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and Data to uncover insights, optimize revenue-driving processes, and accelerate company OKRs through rigorous, data-informed thinking. This role is built for someone who thrives at the intersection of SaaS and eCommerce, leans into ambiguous business problems, and can translate complex datasets into clear narratives and strategic recommendations that leadership can act on. You will identify growth opportunities across GTM channels, sharpen reporting visibility, and drive high-impact operational initiatives that move revenue performance across the business. This is a highly cross-functional role that rewards strong analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and communication skill. The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, navigating incomplete or evolving datasets, and designing AI-enabled workflows that turn analytics into a competitive advantage rather than a reporting function. What You’ll Do - Analyze GTM channel and funnel performance to surface trends, growth levers, and operational gaps, then translate findings into prioritized recommendations. - Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to operationalize revenue strategies tied to company OKRs. - Build executive-grade dashboards and self-serve reporting in Tableau and HubSpot, designed for decision-making. - Run ad hoc strategic analyses across Sales, Marketing, CS, Partnerships, and Finance, including win/loss, churn, attribution, and segment profitability. - Improve forecasting accuracy and pipeline predictability through analysis of conversion behavior, stage velocity, and deal slippage. - Monitor core revenue metrics (pipeline coverage, conversion, velocity, NRR, GRR, CAC payback, quota attainment) and flag anomalies before they surface in QBRs. - Translate complex datasets into clear executive narratives, owning the "so what" and the recommended action. - Design scalable analytical frameworks and reporting processes that reduce one-off requests through better self-serve infrastructure. - Build AI-enabled workflows to automate recurring analysis and accelerate insight delivery, treating AI as a system to design with. - Investigate ambiguous datasets independently, scoping the question and shipping the answer without tight direction. - Govern reporting consistency and data integrity across HubSpot, Tableau, and the data warehouse, ensuring shared metric definitions across teams. Qualifications - 2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Strategy, GTM Analytics, or related analytical roles, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or platform businesses. - eCommerce business model experience strongly preferred (Shopify ecosystem, marketplace dynamics, or subscription commerce). - Required tooling: HubSpot (CRM, custom objects, workflows, reporting), Tableau (or equivalent BI), SQL. - Preferred tooling: workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Workato, or Make), Python for data analysis, exposure to a cloud data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift). - Demonstrated experience designing AI-enabled workflows that solve operational problems (not just using AI for personal productivity), including familiarity with prompt design, agentic workflows, or MCP-based integrations. - Hands-on experience analyzing GTM performance across the full funnel: pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales cycle velocity, forecast accuracy, win/loss, NRR, CAC payback, and segment-level performance. - Proven ability to build dashboards, run ad hoc analyses, and translate findings into clear recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, CS, and Finance stakeholders. - Strong storytelling and executive communication, including the ability to present trade-offs, not just findings, to leadership. - Comfort navigating ambiguity, scoping problems independently, and shipping work without heavy hand-holding. - Bias toward systems thinking: when you see a recurring manual task, your instinct is to redesign the process, not just complete it faster. - Track record of cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Finance, and Data. Benefits - Great Place to Work Certified. - Innovative & Inclusive Culture. - Ambitious Mission with Real Impact. - In-office lunch and commuter benefits for those located in our hub locations.
