Role Description Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and run the operational engine behind the founder and the team. This is an executive assistant role, not a personal assistant one. This is an executive assistant, not a personal assistant. You are not booking dinner reservations or running errands. You are running the operational rhythm around the founder and the business, working closely alongside our operations integrator to keep a fast agency from tripping over itself. - You protect the founder's time. - Sit in on client calls. - Coordinate the team. - Make sure work actually gets done on time. - See what needs handling before it is asked, handle it, and inform us it is done. - Calm, organized, and impossible to rattle. Qualifications - Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting a founder or senior executive, ideally in a fast moving company. - Agency and ecommerce experience strongly preferred. - Excellent written and spoken English. Confident and professional with clients over email and on calls. - You own calendars and inboxes across timezones without being chased. - Comfortable coordinating a team: distributing tasks, tracking deadlines, and keeping projects moving in ClickUp or similar. - Strong operational instincts. Proactive by default, you fix things before being asked. - Discreet by nature. You will have visibility into sensitive company and client information. - Comfortable using Claude and AI tools to move faster and stay on top of volume. Requirements - Own and protect the founder's calendar, especially client facing scheduling across timezones. - Manage and triage the inbox. Draft, handle, and stay on top of email on the founder's behalf. - Join client calls, capture what matters, and drive the follow through. - Coordinate with the team: distribute tasks, check in, and make sure deadlines are met. - Keep projects and company admin moving in ClickUp, working closely with the operations integrator. - Handle the small things before they become big ones. - Keep communication clean between the founder, the team, and clients. Benefits - Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours. - A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, at the center of how the business runs. - A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork. - Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you. - Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself. - Paid time off. - A wellness bonus. - Team retreats and workations. How to apply Tell us about one situation you quietly kept from becoming a disaster, and how you run the first thirty minutes of your workday. Keep it short and real. We can spot an AI written application instantly, and it goes straight in the bin. Show us how you actually think and write. Good luck. The Adcubator Team

Role Description Come and join the fastest growing Google Ads agency in the world, and write for the founder building the sharpest operator brand in the space. The voice already exists. It is defined, documented, and unmistakable. Your core focus is scripting LinkedIn and Twitter across every content pillar, at volume, without it ever reading like a content calendar and without it ever reading like AI. From there you will write Instagram video scripts and help shape where the personal brand goes next. This is not a role for someone who needs a brief for every post. It is for a writer who reads the founder's world, catches what is worth saying before anyone else does, helps steer the direction, and says it in his voice better than he would have. Qualifications - Proven experience ghostwriting for a founder, executive, or personal brand. Portfolio required, this one is non negotiable. - Comfortable writing across platforms and shaping the voice to each: LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram video scripts. - Able to help direct a personal brand, not just take orders, and to write confidently across every content pillar. - A real grasp of direct response and what makes a person stop and read. - Native level English is essential. German is a bonus, not a requirement. Content is English only for now. - Daily, fluent use of Claude, already built into how you work. - Strong research instincts. You find the angle before the feed does. - Speed, plus the discipline to kill your own weak drafts before anyone sees them. - Hunger to learn the DTC and Google Ads world if you do not already live in it. Requirements - Script LinkedIn and Twitter in the founder's voice across every content pillar: Google Ads and direct response thought leadership, the ecommerce operator perspective, agency building, business philosophy, and personal brand. - Write Instagram video scripts, and grow into other formats over time. - Help shape the direction and content pillars of the personal brand alongside the founder. - Research what is moving across DTC, direct response, and the wider space, and turn it into timely content before the feed catches up. - Work alongside the content team to keep voice and calendar tight. - Use Claude to produce at volume while knowing the difference between AI leverage and AI slop. Benefits - Fully remote. Work from anywhere, with flexible hours. - A seat inside a premium agency managing nine figures in ad spend, working a voice most writers will never get access to. - A small, senior, global team with no bureaucracy and no busywork. - Direct access to the founder and to work that actually stretches you. - Weekly personal mentoring directly from the founder himself. - Paid time off. - A wellness bonus. - Team retreats and workations. How to apply Send three pieces of writing you are proud of, and one line on why generic content makes you uncomfortable. If you have ghostwritten for someone, show the work and tell us it was yours. Strong submissions move to a short written assessment, then a conversation. We can spot an AI written application instantly, and it goes straight in the bin. Show us your actual writing. Good luck. Role Description I run Adcubator, a Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients. We don't just buy media—we build the infrastructure behind it. Internal tools, AI pipelines, automation systems, and workflows that give us an unfair advantage over other agencies. We already have a working AI-powered landing page generator (Forge), automated research pipelines, and several internal systems powered by Claude, Manus, fal.ai, and custom APIs. These tools exist because I built them with AI assistants. Now I need someone who can own them, improve them, and build the next generation of tools alongside me and the team. You'll build with Manus, Claude, Anthropic's API, fal.ai, and whatever other tools or APIs get the job done. I'll tell you what needs to be built—you'll figure out how to build it and ship it fast. You'll work directly with me and the team to create tools that make everyone faster, more effective, and more dangerous in the marketplace. What You'll Do - Build Internal AI Tools - Take rough requirements—sometimes just a voice note or sketch—and turn them into working tools. - Build complete web applications: - User interfaces - Backends - Databases - API integrations - Integrate LLMs (Claude, Anthropic API, GPT, etc.) into production workflows. - Build AI pipelines: - Scraping - Processing - LLM analysis - Structured output generation - Storage - Ship quickly. New tools should move from idea to working v1 in days, not weeks. - Work with Manus, Claude & AI-First Development Tools - Use Manus as a development accelerator. - Know how to prompt, direct, and generate production-quality code using AI. - Use Claude (chat and API) for feature development, logic creation, and problem solving. - Chain AI tools together effectively: - Claude for reasoning - fal.ai for image generation - Manus for development - Custom code for orchestration - Build tools that use AI themselves: - API-driven applications - Image generation workflows - Data analysis systems - Structured output generation - Stay current with new AI tools and APIs and evaluate emerging technologies as they become available. - Own & Improve Existing Tools - Take ownership of Adcubator Forge (our internal AI landing page builder). - Maintain and improve existing automation systems. - Monitor tool health and proactively fix issues. - Improve performance, reliability, and user experience without needing detailed instructions. - Automation & Infrastructure - Build scrapers that extract structured data from: - Shopify stores - Ad libraries - Competitor websites - Set up: - Databases - File storage - Authentication systems - Deployments - Connect tools to existing systems: - Slack - ClickUp - Google Workspace - Google Ads API - Build: - Webhook handlers - Scheduled jobs - Event-driven workflows - Work with the Team - Collaborate directly with Jem. - Gather requirements, ask the right questions, and execute. - Work closely with media buyers and the creative team to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. - Propose solutions instead of simply executing instructions. - Document everything you build so the team can use it independently. - Ship incrementally: - Working v1 first - Iterate based on feedback Qualifications - AI-Assisted Software Development - You actively use AI tools such as Manus, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, and similar AI coding tools. - You're not writing everything from scratch. You're directing AI effectively and producing high-quality output. - Full-Stack Development - You can build complete applications end-to-end, including frontend, backend, and database architecture. - You've shipped real products that real users rely on. - Technology choices matter less than your ability to deliver complete solutions. - LLM & API Integration Experience - You've built production systems using Claude, GPT, and similar LLM APIs. - Experience with structured outputs, function calling, multi-step workflows, and prompt engineering. - Production AI systems—not just chatbots. - API Fluency - You can quickly understand and integrate new APIs. - Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party integrations. - Speed - Working prototype in a day. - Polished v1 within a week. - You prioritize shipping first, then improving. - Self-Direction - You can take a goal, break it down, and execute without constant guidance. - You ask questions when something is genuinely unclear—not because you're uncomfortable making decisions. - Anthropic Ecosystem Experience - You understand Claude, Anthropic API, and production AI systems built on top of Claude. - Bonus points if you've used Manus extensively. Strong Bonus Skills - Manus experience - Image generation APIs: fal.ai, Replicate, ComfyUI, Flux - Google Ads API experience - Meta Marketing API experience - Shopify development - Large-scale web scraping - Anti-bot and rate-limit handling - Browser automation: Puppeteer, Playwright, Chrome extension development What I'm Not Looking For - Someone who wants to spend months architecting before shipping - Frontend-only specialists - Backend-only specialists - Developers who need detailed product specs before starting - People who haven't used AI tools to accelerate their work Tools & Technologies You'll Work With - AI Development - Manus - Claude (Chat + API) - Cursor - Anthropic API - Image & Video APIs: fal.ai, Flux, Runway API - Frontend - React - Tailwind CSS - shadcn/ui - Backend - Node.js - Express - tRPC - Drizzle ORM - Database & Storage - MySQL - S3 - Infrastructure - Docker - GitHub - Railway - Render - VPS environments - Communication & Operations - Slack - ClickUp - Google Workspace Examples of Things You'll Build - AI-Powered Competitor Research Tool - Scrapes Meta Ads Library, analyzes winning creatives, and outputs strategic recommendations. - Automated Client Reporting System - Pulls Google Ads data, analyzes performance using Claude, and generates branded PDF reports. - AI Video Script Generator - Takes a product page URL and generates multiple script variations based on different awareness levels. - Automated Landing Page QA System - Checks: - Broken images - Pricing errors - Copy quality - Before pages go live. - Campaign Monitoring Slack Bot - Monitors performance and alerts the team when metrics fall below predefined thresholds. - Internal Performance Dashboards - Provides real-time visibility into trends and performance across all client accounts.
