You own AI creative from the strategy down to the finished ad, with YouTube as the main focus, especially 16x9. That means the thinking and the making: - Research the market - Define the avatars and personas - Find the angles - Concept, script, generate, edit, and ship This is a full ownership role. You are not handing an idea to a producer and waiting, and you are not waiting on a strategist to hand you a brief. You read the data, you decide the angle, you make the ad, and you iterate on what the numbers tell you. The best person for this treats creative as a testing problem, not an art project. Qualifications - Proven experience concepting and producing ecommerce ad creative that ran on real spend, YouTube especially - You think in angles, avatars, and personas, and you can research a market before you touch a tool - Daily, fluent use of AI creative tools: Atria, Higgsfield, Claude, Manus, fal.ai, and whatever ships next - Comfortable reading performance data and letting it drive the next round of creative - Ability to own the full process solo, from research and strategy to finished asset - A real grasp of direct response, not just clean visuals - A testing mindset built on volume, variation, and reading what actually converts - Genuinely obsessed with new formats and models the week they drop Requirements - Research the market, the audience, and the competition to find angles worth testing - Define avatars and personas, and build creative concepts around them - Concept, script, generate, edit, and deliver AI ad creative end to end, with YouTube and 16x9 as the priority - Build for other placements and formats when a test calls for it - Build AI VSLs and the formats scaling right now: claymation, AI avatars, UGC hybrids, motion styles - Run a high volume creative testing pipeline, read the results honestly, and iterate on what wins - Stay ahead of every new tool and format in the space, and bring them in first - Feed winning creative into the media buying team and align with the content and landing page people so angle, page, and offer line up Benefits - Fully remote.
