• Lead development of controller and display platforms. • Build and mentor a high-performing hardware engineering team. • Ensure successful development of new products from concept through production introduction. • Manage progress, risks, schedules, and deliverables. • Oversee hardware/firmware testing and apply APQP methodologies. • Communicate development status and risk mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Respond to associate inquiries for HR related matters • Provide support for associate self-service tools • Resolve associate inquiries on a timely basis • Receive activity through multiple channels such as case management, system notifications, phone calls, and chat service as the first point of contact for HR queries. • Service as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries and requests that cannot be answered and/or completed through direct access. • Answer a broad range of questions regarding benefits, onboarding, employment, compensation, training, policies and procedures. • Resolve associate inquiries or issues by applying standard, administrative procedures and agreed practices. • Recommend action on requests arising from exceptional circumstances. • Escalate non-routine matters/specialized requests to appropriate escalation.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on project requirements • Analyze specifications, drawings, and bills of material • Apply pricing strategies, margins, and discount structures • Support sales team in active opportunities and project pursuits • Track and improve quote-to-order conversion rates • Identify stalled or aging quotes and recommend next steps • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and customer service teams • Maintain accurate electronic project files and folders
• Provide the highest level of field support to our regional channel partners, consultants and potential users. • Provide advanced system design, deployment, programming, 3rd party integration and troubleshooting. • Work closely with Area Manager empowering channels, training and delivering lectures and certifications. • Work with the Regional Sales team to demonstrate products, design systems, support sales activities, visit channel partners and AV opportunities. • Monitor and report on relevant information from the field. • Collaborate internally with teams. • Attend regional, national and internal meetings as required. • Provide training and certification to regional partners and monitor progress to ensure up to date with Q-SYS capabilities.
• Work closely with people managers to make talent decisions. • Provide coaching and support to people managers. • Serve as the primary trusted HR Business Partner. • Coordinate with the HR Process Operations team and hiring managers. • Oversee and support onsite new hire orientation and onboarding. • Oversee the delivery of key talent programs. • Serve as a cultural champion to embody the company's values.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager, channel partners, and end users to design Audio, Video, and Control solutions • Lead field training initiatives, develop and teach advanced training curriculum, and provide advanced-level seminars • Perform onsite programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting for Q-SYS professional services • Represent Q-SYS at trade shows and present technical topics • Influence product development by reporting use cases and customer requirements • Communicate product issues and customer needs to various internal divisions • Mentor other Systems Application Engineers and participate as a subject matter expert • Assist in building and programming technology demonstrations for trade shows
• Plan and carry out sales activities targeting Integrators, Dealers, End users, and Consultants • Drive the sale of QSC solutions through direct sales activities • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support • Report on activities and strategic field information • Liaise and attend regional and national meetings to represent the company
