Quotation Analyst
Acuity
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations based on project requirements • Analyze specifications, drawings, and bills of material • Apply pricing strategies, margins, and discount structures • Support sales team in active opportunities and project pursuits • Track and improve quote-to-order conversion rates • Identify stalled or aging quotes and recommend next steps • Collaborate with product, supply chain, and customer service teams • Maintain accurate electronic project files and folders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in quoting, pricing, or sales support roles
- Experience in the lighting or Electrical industry is an asset
- Knowledge of the electrical supply market in the GTA is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pricing models)
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Knowledge using Bluebeam is an asset

Role Description The Analyst is responsible for the accurate analysis and classification of assigned websites, products, and/or merchants. They use open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices to identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance. By identifying potentially risky, illegal, or otherwise violative activities, the Analyst contributes directly to LegitScript’s mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer and more transparent.
