Role Description The End User Computing Engineer is responsible for implementing, operating, and supporting endpoint management solutions across the enterprise. This role focuses on execution, stability, and continuous improvement of existing services while ensuring a high-quality end-user experience. - Operate and maintain endpoint management platforms across Windows, macOS, and mobile environments. - Execute software deployments, patching, and configuration changes using established processes. - Troubleshoot endpoint issues and partner with support teams to resolve escalations. - Support endpoint lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance, and decommissioning. - Assist senior engineers in implementing endpoint solutions and improvements. - Identify and escalate patterns impacting reliability, security, or user experience. - Develop and maintain operational documentation and runbooks. - Support endpoint monitoring and respond to alerts. - Participate in on-call rotation and incident response activities.
