Role Description L’équipe Early Careers conçoit et met en œuvre des programmes mondiaux visant à engager, recruter et embaucher des étudiants ainsi que des talents en début de carrière. En étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche et les leaders, l’équipe gère le recrutement et la programmation des talents émergents, en créant des expériences inclusives et de grande qualité qui favorisent le développement des talents de demain et soutiennent les besoins à long terme de l’entreprise. À titre de Recruteur(trice) principal(e) au sein de l’équipe Early Careers, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages et programmes coop au Canada, pour des postes techniques, en design de jeux et en art. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les gestionnaires d’embauche, les leaders d’affaires et les RH afin d’orienter les décisions d’embauche, de gérer les opérations de recrutement et d’offrir une expérience candidat positive à grande échelle. En plus de l’exécution, vous utiliserez les données et les analyses pour influencer l’amélioration des processus et soutenir le succès à long terme des programmes de début de carrière. Ce poste exige de solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes, de l’adaptabilité ainsi que la capacité de concilier réflexion stratégique et rigueur opérationnelle dans un environnement en constante évolution. Télétravail : Ce poste devrait débuter et se poursuivre en mode télétravail, basé au Canada (province de Québec préférée). Ce que vous apportez à l’équipe : - Diriger l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour les stages/programmes coop destinés aux équipes techniques, de design de jeux et d’art basées au Canada. - Rédiger les descriptions de poste, obtenir les approbations via le système ATS de l’entreprise et publier les réquisitions. - Gérer les données de recrutement en maintenant les pipelines de candidats, les étapes du processus et les suivis destinés aux équipes. - Superviser le flux de travail des candidats et les communications dans le CRM, l’ATS et les plateformes d’événements afin d’assurer transparence et collaboration. - Offrir une expérience candidat exceptionnelle grâce à des communications réfléchies et rapides par courriel, téléphone et vidéoconférence. - Agir à titre de principal point de contact, conseiller(ère) et expert(e) pour les gestionnaires, leaders d’affaires et partenaires RH concernant le recrutement universitaire et les programmes de stages. - Collaborer avec les opérations RH afin d’assurer une intégration fluide et conforme des nouvelles recrues. - Utiliser des données qualitatives et quantitatives pour orienter la stratégie de recrutement et améliorer les processus. - Agir comme conseiller(ère) stratégique en influençant les leaders, les RH et les gestionnaires à adopter des pratiques d’embauche plus efficaces. - Mettre en œuvre les objectifs de recrutement avec un souci d’efficacité et de scalabilité. - Soutenir les événements scolaires et conférences. - Assumer toute autre tâche ou projet spécial au besoin. Qualifications - Plus de 4 ans d’expérience en recrutement technique de cycle complet, incluant la gestion des réquisitions de l’ouverture jusqu’à l’embauche. - Maîtrise avancée du français et de l’anglais, avec capacité à mener des échanges professionnels et à produire des documents écrits dans les deux langues. - Expérience démontrée en recrutement universitaire ou de talents en début de carrière à haut volume. - Bonne compréhension des processus de recrutement universitaire et connaissance des établissements académiques, y compris des contraintes des facultés et des étudiants. - Capacité éprouvée à gérer les données de recrutement, les pipelines de candidats et les flux de travail à l’aide d’ATS, CRM et autres technologies de recrutement. - Expérience dans l’utilisation de données qualitatives et quantitatives pour guider les décisions, améliorer les processus et optimiser les résultats. - Capacité démontrée à planifier, coordonner et exécuter des événements de 30 à 300 participants. - Solides aptitudes techniques et utilisation démontrée d’outils et systèmes de recrutement pour gagner en efficacité et en portée. - Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément. Requirements - Intérêt pour les jeux vidéo ou le divertissement. - Expérience avec Workday et/ou Eightfold.
