About the role We're looking for a strategic, client-focused Marketing Manager to join Acast as a key leader within Acast Creative Studios and a contributor to our broader Brand Marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role at the intersection of branded content, audience strategy, and marketing and is ideal for someone who thrives on translating client ambitions into compelling audio experiences that deliver real results. You'll serve as a trusted strategic partner to our clients while collaborating closely with Sales, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure every project is executed to the highest standard. This role balances big-picture thinking with hands-on delivery. You're equally comfortable shaping a content strategy as you are managing day-to-day project milestones. What you'll do - Client Strategy & Acast Creative Studios Project - Build and lead strategic client relationships for Acast Creative Studios, acting as the primary marketing and strategy partner from discovery through delivery. - Own the discovery and planning phases of branded content engagements conducting audience and market research, developing personas, identifying creative opportunities, and defining content strategy. - Facilitate collaborative ideation sessions that translate client goals into clear, actionable content and audio strategies. - Partner with Sales and Production teams to align on scope, maintain quality, and deliver exceptional results across all Acast Creative Studios projects. - Work hand-in-hand with Production Team on day-to-day project management for Acast Creative Studios productions, keeping timelines, deliverables, and client expectations on track throughout the full production lifecycle. Audience Development - Lead audience development strategy for client content, identifying target audiences, growth opportunities, and distribution approaches across owned, earned, and paid channels. - Embed audience growth thinking into every stage of the process, from early strategy through to launch in close collaboration with producers and marketing partners. - Deliver post-campaign analysis and client wrap reports with clear, actionable insights on reach, engagement, and audience impact. - Capture and share audience development learnings to benefit the broader Acast Creator Network and content portfolio. Acast Brand & Growth Marketing - Contribute strategic input to Acast's Brand Marketing initiatives and own the execution of select content marketing campaigns. - Support key marketing tentpole campaigns to strengthen Acast's brand presence and marketing objectives. - Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns for clients looking to amplify social-first content in partnership with Acast creators. Who you are - 6+ years of experience in marketing - Proven experience in audience growth marketing, with a track record across social and digital platforms - Strong relationship-building and presentation skills - you're confident communicating with clients at all levels - A strategic mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and turning insights into actionable solutions - Proficiency in Google Suite and campaign reporting tools - A genuine passion for audio, media, storytelling, and creators - Bonus points for experience working with influencers, content creators, or social media platforms - Willingness to travel as needed Location NYC-area candidates are preferred as we have an office in SoHo. About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and technically inclined Programmatic Adtech Solutions Coordinator to join our growing Acast Adtech Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our programmatic advertising campaigns for our valued clients. You will act as the primary technical liaison between our clients, internal teams and partners, providing exceptional support and expertise in all aspects of programmatic advertising. Compensation range: $70K-$75K annual + bonus What you´ll do - Reporting to the Senior Programmatic Adtech Solutions Manager - Supporting Sales in the onboarding of new programmatic clients, including setting up accounts and supplying adtech solution recommendations presale. - Manage the day to day health of the programmatic campaigns to ensure our deals are healthy through activations, optimizations and reporting to ensure we are meeting client expectations - Provide ongoing technical support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to campaign setup, delivery, and reporting. - Troubleshoot campaigns and technical issues related to delivery, tracking, and reporting, working closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. SSPs, DSPs) to resolve problems quickly and efficiently. - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimizations / upsell, providing insights and recommendations to sales. - Track pacing and performance daily to ensure full delivery and KPI attainment - Identify and proactively communicate delivery or performance risks along with collaborating with Account management team for recommended solutions - Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies in programmatic advertising, including new platforms, ad formats, and targeting options. Who you are - You are passionate about advertising, technology, media and of course podcasts! - 1+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, inc. account management supporting agency sales efforts, with a strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem. - Some experience with various ad platforms and technologies, including DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, etc…) and /or SSPs (e.g., Adswizz, Google Ad Manager, Magnite, Xandr), and ad servers. - An interest in learning about programmatic measurement tools, ad verification partners, 3rd party data providers & technologies. - Some experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to ad campaigns, tracking, and reporting. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. - A demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines and follow through - A working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google products such as PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - You are a collaborative, reliable, proactive and highly independent with a desire to teach and help others Bonus Points: - Experience with header bidding and other advanced programmatic techniques. - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as CCPA. - Familiarity with SQL and other data analysis tools.
