Performance Account Manager
Acast
• Manage performance-driven podcast campaigns from planning through reporting • Own delivery against KPIs (CPA, conversions, site visits) • Build and optimize media plans • Monitor performance and pacing • Partner with Sales, Ad Ops, and Acast Creative • Leverage tools to analyze performance and provide actionable insights • Lead client reporting • Work with clients on billing & payment process • Act as a subject matter expert on podcast performance best practices
Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in media, advertising, digital sales, or account management
- Experience in media planning and campaign strategy
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and KPI-driven campaigns
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Monday.com
