• Responsible for traveling throughout the assigned region to capture patients’ retinal images for additional diagnostic review and potential treatment recommendations • Capture retinal images of diabetic patients’ eyes using a non-mydriatic fundus camera or automatic digital camera • Educate and set appropriate patient expectations regarding the purpose and retinal screening process • Upload and transmit patient images and reports through an online portal during or immediately after each screening • Travel to screening locations, perform screening prep, and wrap-up duties as outlined • Collaborate with remote team members and management, as well as screening location staff • Work with members of staff on identifying process improvements; and perform other duties as assigned by management • Work with a variety of patients in a physician's office setting and their homes • Coordinate patient flow with medical staff at a variety of offices

Role Description In this role, you will use your expertise with Revit to provide support to project teams and Exante360’s Center of Excellence (ECOE), with a consistent focus on our values of superior customer service, responsibility, versatility, and excellence. You’ll collaborate internally with senior consultants, designers, BIM Staff, and others to assist our clients with decision making related to a variety of low voltage systems design projects. Your role will require the ability to transfer design concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models. Role Description Primarily responsible for communicating with the Project Manager to understand the needs of the project and reviewing, processing, and performing quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) on field survey data. Performs drafting, deliverable reviews, revisions, and prepares final products for client deliverable. Also includes assisting the Project Manager with delegation of work to lower-level survey technicians. - Understands project scope and requirements, reviews field data for completeness, and communicates with the Project Manager on project status. - Reviews notes, sketches, and records of survey data obtained, and work performed and uses that information in the data processing process to verify accuracy. - Prepares field packages for field crews, including point files, DXF files, KMZ files, and additional information as needed. - Processes and performs Quality Control checks on field data according to Gulf standards. - Drafts, maps, and prepares deed sketches, easement sketches, and other parcels to support the survey project. - Prepares, reviews, and finalizes exhibits and plats such as ALTA Surveys, Easement Plats, Topographic Surveys, etc. for the final review of the Project Manager. - Performs all responsibilities in accordance with the Gulf Procedures, and the Health, Safety, and Environment policy continuously striving toward our corporate goal of no accidents, no harm to people, and no damage to environment. - Performs additional duties as assigned or expected to ensure that value is being added to all projects by exceeding clients' expectations. - Helps to keep lower-level survey technicians on task. - Assists in mentoring lower-level survey technicians with how to perform their jobs to the Gulf standard. Work Environment/Physical Demands - Physically able to operate an automobile, have reliable transportation. - Ability to work outside in all types of weather/weather conditions. - When on jobsites, frequent standing, and walking.
