• As DevSecOps Lead you will build and operate the delivery platform for a new AI-enabled program in a government cloud environment: the CI/CD pipeline, the infrastructure it runs on, the security controls built into it, and the artifacts that pipeline produces to support authorization. • This is a lead role that stays hands on keyboard. You will make the architecture calls and you will also build them. • Own the initial platform deployment into the government IL-5 environment, which is the program's first contract deliverable and lands early. • Build and prove the pipeline and infrastructure as code on our own cloud first, using portable templates, so deployment into the government environment is a port rather than a build. • Own the CI/CD pipeline end to end: build, test, static and dynamic security analysis, software composition analysis, container and infrastructure-as-code scanning, SBOM generation, and gated promotion to production.

You will make the architecture calls and you will also build them. • Security is engineered in from the first week rather than added at the end: the pipeline enforces hardened baselines, runs the scans, and generates control evidence on every commit. • As the program ramps you will direct a small group of platform, cloud, and cyber engineers, and you will be the engineering counterpart to the customer's security and accreditation staff. • We need someone who can move immediately. An early deliverable puts a working platform into the government environment on a fixed date, and cloud accounts, network access, credentials, and approved service and image lists all arrive on the government's timeline rather than ours.
• As a Staff Site Reliability Engineer at Filevine, you are the senior technical authority on the SRE team and a strategic partner to engineering leadership. • You don’t just maintain systems — you shape engineering culture, define the technical standard for how Filevine runs in production, and bridge the gap between high-level business goals and robust, internet-scale technical execution. • You own the roadmap across two critical SRE domains — Observability & Alerting and Platform Infrastructure — and are accountable for ensuring the team solves reliability problems permanently rather than absorbing them as toil. • You operate as the senior IC counterpart to the Engineering Manager: technical correctness lives with you. • You partner with the Reliability Architect and engineering leadership on significant technical decisions, mentor engineers across experience levels, and influence reliability strategy across the broader organization. • Reliability at Filevine protects revenue. • You are the senior technical voice responsible for ensuring that uptime, incident response, and every production change meet the operational standard the business demands.

• Own reliability targets across our backend/API, worker services, applications and CV pipeline; MTD, MTM, MTR, and follow-through on root causes. • Level up our monitoring and alerting, and build out auto-remediation, so on-call load scales with automation, not headcount. • Partner with our agentic engineering work to build agents that triage alerts and handle routine remediation. • Harden and optimize our GCP infrastructure (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS) for cost and performance as load scales. • Own database scale and performance; connection pooling, query optimization and indexing, read replicas, and capacity planning, so Postgres doesn't become the bottleneck as data volume grows. • Improve the reliability of our ML training and monitoring infrastructure, in partnership with the CV/ML team. • Run blameless postmortems and drive fixes for root causes, not just symptoms. • Participate in on-call rotation.
We provide cross-platform linking and attribution solutions to the world's leading digital brands.
• Partner with Developers to produce high-performing and robust services through rigorous testing and release procedures • Design infrastructure, monitoring, processes, and standards for systems and applications • Support services through design, development, load testing, and launch phases • Develop, measure, and monitor key performance and service level indicators including availability, latency, and overall system health • Define and establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets with service owners, and drive adoption across platform teams • Profile and optimize platform performance, resilience, and efficiency, including latency, throughput, and capacity planning under load • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis • Remediate tasks and develop preventative and automated measures to meet SLAs/SLOs/SLIs • Manage monitoring services utilized by applications
