• Own tracking and reporting of CV accuracy metrics, per customer and per identifier type. • Investigate misclassifications and false negatives, categorize root causes, and identify patterns across customers and yards. • Curate, label, and prioritize datasets for model retraining, partnering closely with our ML and CV engineers. • Build and improve the continuous learning pipeline so new models ship weekly with minimal manual engineering effort. • Define functional acceptance criteria for CV accuracy per customer and track progress against them. • Translate accuracy findings into decisions the engineering team and customer-facing stakeholders can act on. • As the pipeline matures, expect to move from flagging issues to fixing them directly; building the labeling/preprocessing tooling, running retraining jobs, and owning fixes for the error patterns you find, not just reporting them.

• Own reliability targets across our backend/API, worker services, applications and CV pipeline; MTD, MTM, MTR, and follow-through on root causes. • Level up our monitoring and alerting, and build out auto-remediation, so on-call load scales with automation, not headcount. • Partner with our agentic engineering work to build agents that triage alerts and handle routine remediation. • Harden and optimize our GCP infrastructure (Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, GCS) for cost and performance as load scales. • Own database scale and performance; connection pooling, query optimization and indexing, read replicas, and capacity planning, so Postgres doesn't become the bottleneck as data volume grows. • Improve the reliability of our ML training and monitoring infrastructure, in partnership with the CV/ML team. • Run blameless postmortems and drive fixes for root causes, not just symptoms. • Participate in on-call rotation.

Role Description As the Reddit Community Manager for this client, you own their presence on Reddit end to end. You run their branded Reddit account and their subreddit, and you are the voice that represents them in the communities that matter to them. This is not paid advertising. It is earning a trusted place in a community, on behalf of a brand you would be glad to represent. Doing it well starts with understanding the brand deeply: what they sell, who buys it and how their customers actually talk. From there, you use our platform to surface every conversation worth joining, and you bring the Reddit judgment for how to show up the right way once you are in it. The objective is simple to state and hard to earn: make the brand a welcome, trusted member of the communities it belongs in, and build genuine goodwill around it over months, not days. The work comes in three parts. For this client, plan for roughly 35 to 40 hours a month. It flexes with the month: lighter some weeks, busier around product launches. - Community engagement: You work from a prioritized thread queue our platform ranks for you, so you are not scrolling Reddit all day, and you show up in the ones that matter: commenting, posting and running the occasional AMA on the brand's behalf. - Community growth: You help build and run the client's own subreddit: turning the threads already ranking on Google into content that lives there, keeping it active and welcoming, and moderating it into a real home for their community. - Community intelligence: You are our eyes on the ground. Because you live in these communities, you flag what buyers are really saying and what is worth acting on, which feeds the monthly intelligence we deliver to the client. Qualifications - Deep Reddit knowledge: You know the culture cold: what earns traction and what gets removed. - A marketing background of some kind: content, social media, SEO or AEO/GEO. Agency experience is a plus. - Real enthusiasm for the brand you would represent. The best work happens when you genuinely care about the product and the people who use it. - Genuine interest in the home and cleaning space is a real plus. - You write like a person, not a marketer, and you are comfortable putting your name to a brand out in the open. Requirements - Compensation: $1,500 to $2,200 per month for this one client. It is freelance (a 1099 contractor arrangement in the US), paid monthly, with no health benefits. - Location: Fully remote, wherever you are. Our client and our team are in North America, so the 1–2 hours of meetings per week will likely occur during North American business hours.

Software Engineer

Outpost

The Backbone of Your Freight Network

ContractRemoteMid LevelTeam 51-200Since 2021H1B No Sponsor

Role Description We’re growing and looking for a Software Engineer who can own features end-to-end — across the full stack, from database to UI — and who are excited to build and improve the internal AI tooling that makes our team faster. This is a generalist role with a genuine opportunity to work on agentic systems and AI-assisted workflows, not a niche ML position. We're a small team competing against much larger ones, and we expect engineers to use AI tools aggressively — LLMs for code generation, debugging, documentation, and ideation. We don't care how much of the code an AI wrote. We care that you ship fast, that you understand everything you ship, and that it works. If you're not already using Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or similar tools as a core part of your workflow, this probably isn't the right fit. - Ship complete, production-ready features end-to-end: backend APIs, frontend UI, database schema, and tests. - Build and improve internal AI-powered developer tools — things like automated bug triage, code generation assistants, and agentic workflows that help the team move faster. - Integrate LLM APIs and agentic patterns (tool use, multi-step reasoning, prompt pipelines) into product features and internal systems. - Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and developer infrastructure to keep the team shipping safely and quickly. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering standards on a small, collaborative team. - Debug and resolve production issues across the stack, including working with GCP services and containerized workloads. Qualifications - 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience shipping production software. - Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python — comfortable on both backend and frontend. - Experience with React and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js preferred). - Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL) and API design (REST or GraphQL). - Practical experience building with LLM APIs — you’ve shipped something with them, not just experimented. - Working knowledge of Git workflows, Docker, and containerized environments. - Strong communication skills in English — you write clearly and engage well async. Requirements - Experience with agentic architectures: tool use, agent loops, multi-step LLM pipelines, or frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI. - CI/CD experience: GitHub Actions, deployment pipelines, environment management, or infrastructure-as-code. - Familiarity with GCP (Cloud Run, GCS, Pub/Sub, BigQuery) or similar cloud platforms. - Experience with RAG systems, vector search, or embedding pipelines. - Background working alongside ML or data engineering teams. - Prior experience working in a remote, async-first environment with a US-based team. Benefits - Remote — Latin America preferred. - This role is a full-time contract position. - You’ll work closely with our core engineering team — embedded in our sprints, standups, and Slack channels — but employment is managed through the agency. - We’ve built this model successfully with engineers in Latin America, and it’s been a great fit for both sides. Company Description Outpost is building the backbone of freight. We’re reinventing how supply chain infrastructure works in America with carrier agnostic truck terminals. As a vertically integrated real estate, operations, and technology company, we acquire and operate mission-critical real estate across the country to serve the largest logistics providers in the world. Senior Network & Linux Systems Engineer

Systems Engineer90 days ago
ContractRemoteSeniorTeam 51-200Since 2021H1B No Sponsor

Role Description You’ll join a small but highly capable team focused on field infrastructure, working hands-on to keep our network and Linux fleet healthy as we scale. - Network operations (~40%): - Monitor and troubleshoot site networks across our yard footprint - Maintain VPN tunnels, firewall rules, and segmentation - Improve alerting so we page humans only when humans can fix the problem - Linux fleet (~40%): - Operate our edge fleet: NVIDIA Jetsons running CV inference, Ubuntu compute nodes, supporting hardware - Own remote management, drift detection, OS patching, and secure baselines - Lead the in-progress Windows-to-Linux migration and build provisioning automation that brings new sites online in hours - Automation (~20%): - Eliminate repetitive ops work — AI agents wherever possible, scripts where not - Strengthen observability for sites we can’t physically visit - Contribute to our internal IT bot for routine access and config requests This is non-negotiable: you already use AI tooling extensively in your day-to-day. You write code with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, you delegate real work to AI agents, and you have opinions about which tools work for which tasks. Vibe coding is fine; building agentic workflows that handle ops tasks end-to-end is better. In your application, tell us which AI tools you use daily, one concrete agent or workflow you built that saved you real time, and a task you no longer do manually because you delegated it to an LLM. Applications without a substantive answer here will not move forward. Qualifications - 6–7+ years operating production Linux systems in mixed-environment fleets - Deep practical networking — packet captures, routing, DNS, layer 2 vs. 3 reasoning without consulting a textbook - Experience with edge or IoT device fleets (Jetson, Raspberry Pi, industrial PCs) - Daily, fluent use of AI coding tools and agents - Bash and Python scripting where automation is your default - English working proficiency, written and spoken Requirements - Remote/distributed site operations (logistics, telecom, retail, industrial) - Monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and Ansible - GCP networking — VPCs, Cloud VPN, Cloud Interconnect, firewall rules Benefits - Strong operators who can also reason about design — you won't whiteboard architecture from scratch, but you'll engage in design conversations as we evolve our infrastructure - Comfort working at the customer boundary — understanding how to integrate gracefully with customer networks, not just our own - A hands-on IC mindset — no team underneath you, no deep org chart, just you and your peers on the infra team. Location Remote — Latin America preferred Working Arrangements This role is a full-time contract position. You’ll work closely with our core engineering team — embedded in our sprints, standups, and Slack channels — but employment is managed through the agency. We’ve built this model successfully with engineers in Latin America, and it’s been a great fit for both sides. Outpost is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination of Any Kind.
