• Oversee a portfolio of 400-700 PETA donors who each give $1,000-$5000 annually • Qualify new donors with a series of personalized communications • Implement a communication plan (updates, invitations, proposals, reports) for each donor to cultivate relationships, solicit financial support, and provide stewardship • Share personalized communications with donors, building relationships and having a minimum of 35 meaningful two-way connections monthly • Identify and research appropriate "cases for giving" for targeted PETA donors • Identify donors who wish to include PETA in their estate plans for follow-up • Conduct donor visits by phone, in person and electronically • Document pertinent information (meetings, correspondence, notes, research) to enhance and develop PETA donor profiles for PETA's database • Staff fundraising events, as needed • Perform any other duties requested by the supervisor
