Informatics Program Manager

• Lead and manage an informatics project, including both large, enterprise‑scale initiatives and smaller, tactical efforts within a clinical informatics environment. • Provide program‑level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality to ensure successful execution and delivery of contract objectives. • Direct and coordinate programmatic resources across multiple functional and technical domains to ensure features are acceptable, of high quality, and compliant with industry standards. • Apply deep expertise in the full systems development life cycle (SDLC), from strategic planning and requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment. • Leverage knowledge of enterprise‑wide network engineering, strategic information planning, business process reengineering, organizational structure, and management practices to drive effective solutions. • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing and executing proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies. • Ensure disciplined cost, schedule, and performance management, including forecasting, reporting, and corrective action planning. • Champion and apply SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices to drive value delivery, sustain organizational change, and promote operational excellence. • Empower and support high‑performing Agile teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Serve as a senior‑level liaison with stakeholders, customers, and leadership, providing clear communication, status reporting, and strategic guidance.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field
- 15 years of relevant experience
- Hands‑on experience with and demonstrated understanding of SAFe® Lean Agile principles and practices.
- PMP HIGHLY PREFERRED
