Senior Program Manager, GTM Ops
Vanta
• Own end-to-end program management for large, complex cross-functional GTM initiatives—including new market expansion, pilot programs, channel strategy, and new GTM motions • Build scalable program management frameworks, including intake processes, success criteria templates, post-mortem playbooks, and measurement approaches • Partner with GTM leadership to surface risks and opportunities, create executive-ready communications, and drive alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations • Establish clear KPIs for program effectiveness and engagement, track performance, and iterate based on outcomes • Support strategic program planning cycles and contribute to operational excellence initiatives across the GTM organization
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of program management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and high executive visibility
- Strong frameworks-based thinking combined with a bias for action—you can balance strategic vision with tactical execution
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills; ability to drive consensus and build trust without formal authority
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and how they operate in fast-growth environments
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited process; you thrive on creating structure where none exists
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
