Role Description Architect secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions using Azure services (App Services, Functions, AKS, Event Grid/Event Hub, API Management, etc.). - Lead application modernization and migration programs from on premise or legacy platforms to Azure. - Apply architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, event-driven, and domain-driven design. - Establish governance, best practices, reference architectures, and architecture review processes. - Integrate agentic components into enterprise applications with monitoring, observability, human-in-the-loop flows, and feedback loops. - Architect and implement GenAI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, and the OpenAI Agent SDK. - Design production-grade AI solutions such as Intelligent document processing, Automated content generation, Enterprise search assistants, Multi agent and decision-support systems. - Implement RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration techniques to build accurate and reliable AI systems. Qualifications - 14–18 years of experience in cloud architecture, enterprise applications, and/or AI/ML engineering. - Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, networking, security, and infrastructure. - Practical experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, crewAI, OpenAI Agent SDK). - Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development; familiarity with REST, GraphQL, and APIs. - Solid experience with LLMs, RAG workflows, prompt design, vector databases, and embeddings. - Background in microservices, serverless architectures, and distributed systems. - Experience using Docker, Kubernetes, and container-based ecosystems. - Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, automation, and MLOps concepts. - Ability to translate business needs into scalable architecture and deliver measurable transformation outcomes. • Ship high-quality features across iOS and Android for core banking journeys, including account funding, transfers, and card management. • Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to translate requirements into performant, reliable mobile interfaces with clear ownership from concept through release. • Employ best practices in testing and CI/CD to deliver with quality and speed, including automated unit and integration tests and release process improvements. • Improve mobile performance, accessibility, and resilience, instrumenting analytics and monitoring to ensure seamless experiences at scale. • Contribute to our shared mobile platform by adopting design system components, navigation patterns, and developer tooling that enable consistency and velocity.

• Management and supervision of all phases of construction works: foundations, structure, building installations, HVAC, finishes and final handover to the client, across the entire country; • Monitoring and control of detailed schedules, tracking deviations, conducting risk analyses and proposing corrective action plans; • Performing periodic technical inspections, issuing photographic and technical reports that document non-conformities, physical progress and outstanding items on the site; • Construction document management, ensuring organization of drawings, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes and field records; • Control of deadlines, costs and quality, ensuring fulfillment of the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan; • Active interface with internal departments (engineering, procurement and planning), ensuring smooth approvals and decision-making; • Application of Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction and execution efficiency; • Coordination of suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among vendors; • Participation in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers and contractors, ensuring technical and strategic alignment; • Ensuring good construction practices, occupational safety and quality of execution in accordance with ABNT standards and applicable NR regulations.
