• Prepare Legal PPCI (Fire Prevention and Protection Project) in accordance with the regulations and technical instructions of the Fire Department for each state. • Review architectural and complementary technical drawings to implement fire safety requirements. • Compile, organize, and submit complete PPCI approval packages to the Fire Department, including: drawings, technical reports and forms, ART/RRT (professional responsibility records), and required legal documentation. • Manage processes to obtain and renew AVCB / CLCB certificates, tracking requirements and technical opinions. • Respond to requirements, notifications and official communications (comunique-se), proposing viable technical solutions that comply with legislation. • Liaise directly with the Fire Department, designers, engineers, architects, and internal teams. • Support technical-legal feasibility studies related to fire protection for new projects, expansions, or regularizations. • Monitor deadlines, statuses, and schedules of approval processes at a national level.
• Preparation of structural designs for sanitation systems (water/sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, intake systems, among others, for both localized and linear projects). • Sizing and structural calculations for mixed infrastructure and superstructure elements (earthworks, retaining structures, foundations, beams, slabs, reservoirs, buried pipelines, and all other necessary components). • Feasibility analysis of the client's initial proposals, providing technical diagnostics and recommended alternatives. • Coordination and integration with other disciplines involved in the project. • Technical and economic feasibility analysis of proposed solutions. • Supervision of teams involved in project development. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, client requirements, regulatory rules, and safety practices during project development and execution. • Preparation of technical packages for bidding and contract execution of works. • Interface with clients, suppliers, and other engineers across disciplines. • Preparation of technical reports and management of documentation required for project approvals.
• Preparation, sizing and review of electrical designs for sanitation systems, including electrical networks, lighting, automation systems, protection and control. • Development of technical specifications for electrical equipment (transformers, generators, motors, control panels, etc.). • Analysis of electrical systems and definition of strategies to optimize energy consumption, ensuring the sustainability of projects. • Execution of short-circuit studies, selectivity, protection coordination and electrical risk analysis. • Feasibility analysis of client's initial proposals, issuing technical diagnostics with the best alternatives. • Technical and economic feasibility analysis of solutions. • Supervision of teams involved in project development. • Interaction with multidisciplinary teams (civil, hydraulic, hydromechanical, structural) to ensure integration and coordination between disciplines. • Ensure compliance with technical standards, client requirements, regulatory and safety rules during project development and execution. • Preparation of technical packages for bids and contracting of construction works. • Interface with clients, suppliers and other engineers from various disciplines. • Production of technical reports and construction monitoring reports for clients and regulatory bodies.
• Develop efficient HVAC designs in Revit, applying best practices and available technologies; • Actively collaborate with the installations team to ensure compliance with ABNT standards for HVAC projects; • Demonstrate expertise in mechanical engineering, with a focus on air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, and refrigeration systems; • Use Revit as the primary design tool for HVAC; • Perform thermal load and ventilation analyses to optimize energy efficiency and thermal comfort; • Apply previous experience in HVAC projects, especially those related to the retail sector;
• Management and supervision of all construction stages: foundation, structure, building systems (electrical, plumbing, etc.), HVAC, finishes and final delivery. Projects across Brazil; • Analysis and monitoring of detailed schedules and support for physical and financial planning; • Application of Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction and execution efficiency; • Coordination of suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among providers; • Participation in on-site and remote meetings with clients, designers and contractors, ensuring technical and strategic alignment; • Conducting field inspections and technical surveys for the preparation of executive projects and as-built documentation; • Preparation of inspection reports and final project documentation; • Ensuring good construction practices, occupational safety and quality of execution in accordance with ABNT standards and applicable NR regulations.
• Register participation invitations for competitive bidding processes in a database, ensuring full traceability and history of each proposal in the information system; • Organize, print and compile invitation documents, assemble a technical dossier and forward it, together with the price spreadsheet, for coordination review and validation; • Formally confirm receipt via e-mail of all information and documents submitted by suppliers and clients; • Prepare commercial and technical proposals in accordance with the Tender Document (Edital de Concorrência), ensuring the complete submission of documentation required by each client; • Issue standard letters to request extensions for proposal submission deadlines and/or to decline invitations, whenever necessary; • Perform quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and complementary engineering projects (structural, electrical, plumbing/hydraulic, among others); • Conduct critical analysis of project documents, identifying risks, incompatibilities, scope deviations and potential impacts on costs and schedules; • Support the preparation, review and validation of budgets, ensuring technical, financial and contractual compliance; • Act as an interface with the Projects, Planning and Construction teams to align and clarify technical information; • Use BIM tools, with a focus on Revit, for the extraction, verification and validation of quantities; • Provide occasional support to the Construction team, participating in technical site inspections when requested.
• Develop hydraulic projects in Revit, including coordination, descriptive reports/specifications, and related activities; • Develop executive (construction) designs, prepare and publish materials and documentation for construction. Practical experience documenting executive projects in Revit; • Review client requests to assess conditions and materials required for service execution; • Support the Design, Construction, and Legal Projects teams with information necessary for the development of installations-related designs; • Assist in the operational control of activities necessary to meet client requirements; • Comply with environmental operational controls applicable to the role; • Liaise with other regional offices; • Develop solutions and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in supplier management, including initiating and monitoring deliveries to ensure adherence to the schedule; • Assist in preparing construction site inspection reports to communicate services to the client; • Assist in the financial management of projects, including monitoring invoices and receipts/payments; • Assist in validating and reviewing project schedules; • Assist in validating and verifying activities performed on-site; • Participate in client meetings, both in person and remotely.
