Ideal for those aspiring to start their own companies Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience in a software development role - 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development Requirements - Ownership & Drive: Take full responsibility for project deliverables, demonstrate initiative, and proactively solve challenges - Technical Mastery: 4+ years of deep experience with React, NextJS, Typescript, or 5+ years of overall frontend development - Problem-Solving: Navigate engineering tradeoffs effectively, balancing speed with quality - Design Insight: Ability to interpret product discussions, identify UI/UX needs, and create initial mock-ups or wireframes Benefits - Flexibility: Fully remote within the US - Competitive compensation: $120,000 - $200,000 with a generous equity package of 0.25% - 1% - Healthcare: Employer covers 99% of medical, vision, and dental insurance.
