• Management and supervision of all phases of construction works: foundations, structure, building installations, HVAC, finishes and final handover to the client, across the entire country; • Monitoring and control of detailed schedules, tracking deviations, conducting risk analyses and proposing corrective action plans; • Performing periodic technical inspections, issuing photographic and technical reports that document non-conformities, physical progress and outstanding items on the site; • Construction document management, ensuring organization of drawings, contracts, measurements, meeting minutes and field records; • Control of deadlines, costs and quality, ensuring fulfillment of the contracted scope and delivery according to the approved plan; • Active interface with internal departments (engineering, procurement and planning), ensuring smooth approvals and decision-making; • Application of Lean Construction planning methodologies, focusing on productivity, waste reduction and execution efficiency; • Coordination of suppliers and contractors, ensuring integration among vendors; • Participation in in-person and remote meetings with clients, designers and contractors, ensuring technical and strategic alignment; • Ensuring good construction practices, occupational safety and quality of execution in accordance with ABNT standards and applicable NR regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit for project visualization;
- Availability to work outside regular business hours.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing construction projects in the retail sector;
- Ownership of a vehicle for travel to sites when required;
- Valid driver's license.
