• Manage full project lifecycle from Explore phase to go live • Identify business requirements, and pain points and document them • Conduct Fit/GAP workshops • Write functional specifications documents and work with developers • Conduct training for Key-users • Design and develop unit tests to ensure the solution meets the business requirements • Create Core models SAP together with the other team modules • Provide post go-live support

• Architect Acquisition solutions to meet business requirements • Develop and document functional configuration of SAP FM/GL module and support the integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO/AR/TM/SD/Assets, etc.) • Provide thought leadership on new and emerging SAP technologies • Provide scope and effort assessments for all maintenance and enhancement change requests • Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate systems designs and validate proposed solutions • Document requirements, create functional specifications and system configuration documents. • Ability to work with technical resources in trouble shooting and resolution of functional activities. • Configure and test the functionality of the end product according to the requirement specifications • Develop training materials for end users. • Ability to configure SAP system in finance module and understand the integration points with other modules. • Provide support for reported incidents. • Ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and other enterprise systems used by USTRANSCOM. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP system configurations, procedures, and processes. • Actively participate in the project that involves SAP system enhancements, upgrades, or new implementations to support USTRANSCOM’s evolving needs.

• Implement and configure SAP FI modules (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL and Bank Accounting) in new implementation projects and SAP migration projects • Develop solutions to automate critical financial processes • Work on projects integrating SAP modules (FI, CO, SD and MM) with external systems • Develop and customize financial reports to meet business requirements • Implement bank reconciliation processes, financial and accounting reconciliations, financial and accounting provisions, and period-end closing • Ensure fiscal and tax compliance in accordance with applicable legislation • Provide AMS support for SAP FI (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, FI-GL and Bank Accounting) in production • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and financial process innovation

• Manage multiple IT teams within one or more functional areas • Formulates and develops effective test architecture based on organizational needs • Manages teams to support testing strategies and activities • Ensures overall integrity of testing strategy • Collaborates effectively with all constituents involved in solution planning, development and operation • Participates in architecture and technical specification review • Reviews test plans and test cases for multi-application, enterprise-wide testing efforts • Establish technical testing policies, standards and procedures • Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback to team members
