Customer Engineer
FlutterFlow
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams during the pre-sale process by providing industry and technical input for demo presentations, technical requirements gathering, statements of work (SOW), etc. • Develop deep relationships with the technical leadership of enterprise customers, and function as a trusted advisor for them. • Work closely with the enterprise sales teams of FlutterFlow, as well as its partners, through all stages of the sales cycle and share the responsibility for building and servicing a healthy sales pipeline. • Own the technical relationship for Enterprise accounts and act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams and leadership alike. • Lead meetings with customers and partners to understand customer requirements, business needs, and technical considerations. • Work with FlutterFlow, partner, and customer teams to design, implement, test, and deploy applications and POCs.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience with Enterprise technical pre-sales, solution consulting or similar, with the ability to tailor your message from individual contributors to CXOs
- Experience app building with at least one frontend development language (e.g., Flutter, React, Angular, etc.), as well as broader familiarity with software product development lifecycle including Agile
- Solid understanding of application architecture, including the infrastructure and platform stack for large scale applications
- Strong understanding of how AI can accelerate application development workflows
- You have a BS/MS in computer science or related field
- You are passionate about visual application development and low code / no code technologies
- Knowledge of Firebase, Supabase, or similar BaaS platforms
- Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integrations
- Experience driving developer adoption of new platforms/tools
