About the Role FlutterFlow Designer sits at the intersection of two worlds that rarely meet this cleanly: the craft and intuition of great design, and the generative power of modern AI. Your job is to make that intersection feel inevitable. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design of the FlutterFlow Designer experience: the canvas, the generation flow, the editing layer, the feedback loops that make AI feel like a collaborator. You'll be helping define what it means to design with intelligence rather than designing around it. This isn't a role where you execute against a spec. You'll be in the room where the product direction is made, working directly with engineering and product leadership to figure out what this category even looks like. Frontend frameworks and component-based UI systems should feel familiar. - You have strong interaction and visual design fundamentals, but you focus first on how things work and what they enable; aesthetics matter, but they serve the interaction and system behind them. - You’re very comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy working in spaces where the map hasn’t been drawn yet nor is the right answer obvious. - You have a thoughtful perspective on AI in creative tools, such as, opinions about where AI should help, where it should stay out of the way, and how to design interfaces that give people real control without overwhelming them. - You ship. You care about what actually makes it into the product, how it performs, and what you learn from real usage. Bonus Points If - You’ve worked on tools, developer products, or platforms where the user is themselves a builder. - You’re comfortable working in Flutter or interested in designing directly in code. • Partner with enterprise customers to understand their goals and guide them from onboarding through adoption. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, finding solutions that keep projects moving. • Lead engaging workshops, training sessions, and technical deep dives. • Advise on architecture, integrations, and feature use to maximize customer success. • Build and maintain documentation & tools so customers can self-serve effectively. • Share insights and feedback with product and engineering to improve the platform.

• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams during the pre-sale process by providing industry and technical input for demo presentations, technical requirements gathering, statements of work (SOW), etc. • Develop deep relationships with the technical leadership of enterprise customers, and function as a trusted advisor for them. • Work closely with the enterprise sales teams of FlutterFlow, as well as its partners, through all stages of the sales cycle and share the responsibility for building and servicing a healthy sales pipeline. • Own the technical relationship for Enterprise accounts and act as a trusted advisor to engineering teams and leadership alike. • Lead meetings with customers and partners to understand customer requirements, business needs, and technical considerations. • Work with FlutterFlow, partner, and customer teams to design, implement, test, and deploy applications and POCs.
