Role Description We are looking for a Recruiting Intern to support our Talent team with hands-on recruiting operations and coordination. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning how hiring works behind the scenes — from job setup to interview scheduling to candidate communication. You will play a key role in keeping our recruiting process organized, accurate, and moving forward. - Ensure all open roles in Greenhouse (Applicant Tracking System) are set up accurately and kept up to date - Configure and maintain recruiting automations in Greenhouse, Apriora (AI Interviewer), and related tools - Assist with creating and managing interview transcripts and candidate records - Schedule second-round and later-stage interviews with candidates and interviewers - Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience - Monitor daily recruiting stand-up tasks and help keep the interview pipeline moving by: - Following up with interviewers to complete scorecards - Tracking interview progress and outstanding actions - Helping resolve scheduling or process bottlenecks - Support recruiters with general recruiting operations and coordination as needed Qualifications - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines - Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills - Interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition - Able to handle confidential information responsibly Requirements - Experience using Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system (Bonus Points) - Familiarity with scheduling tools and calendars (Bonus Points) - Interest in technology or professional services environments (Bonus Points) Benefits - Hands-on experience with real recruiting systems and workflows - Exposure to interview coordination and candidate management - Understanding of how automation supports hiring processes - Direct impact on the efficiency and success of the recruiting team - Practical experience to build your resume in HR or recruiting Company Description We get it.
