Job Description
Product Manager
Kodex
• Partner with the VP of Product Delivery to define and communicate the long-term product vision and roadmap. • Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability. • Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, ensuring all features align with Kodex’s mission of secure, compliant data exchange. • Establish and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of features and inform future investments. • Work closely with Data Scientists to leverage machine learning and analytics, turning raw data into actionable product insights and automated workflows. • Implement a rigorous, evidence-based approach to prioritization and resource allocation. • Drive strong partnership with Engineering to ensure high-velocity delivery without compromising on security or architectural integrity. • Oversee the development of robust APIs and AI-enhanced features, ensuring they meet the needs of both enterprise clients and government agencies. • Navigate complex compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ECPA, SOC2, CJIS) to ensure product designs are "secure by default." • Serve as a key bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal to ensure go-to-market alignment. • Represent the product organization in high-stakes conversations with external stakeholders and enterprise partners.
Job Requirements
- 5-7+ years of Product experience and 5+ years of people management experience (product managers, engineers, or adjacent roles; you’ve built and led teams, not just “had a couple of reports”).
- Technical Depth: Strong understanding of API design, secure data exchange protocols, and the practical application of AI/ML in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven track record of using data analytics to drive product strategy and improve user outcomes.
- Compliance Expertise: Experience building products within highly regulated industries (FinTech, GovTech, or HealthTech) where data privacy and security are paramount.
- Execution Focus: A "get it done" mindset with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, remote-first startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear strategic narratives for executives and customers.
Benefits
- Remote-first within the U.S.
- Biannual offsites in exciting locations. Past trips include Seattle, Miami, Nashville, and San Francisco.
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity.
- Unlimited PTO + 14 company holidays.
- 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, with a flexible return-to-work policy.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 401(k) retirement plan.
- Dynamic Environment: Work on impactful, high-priority matters with opportunities for professional growth.
