Business Intelligence Analyst II

• Collaborate cross-functionality with business owners, teams, and colleagues to identify documents, address project requirements, issues and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables, system enhancements, resolution for customer requests. • Conduct analysis that identifies current business process, system inadequacies, departmental or user issues, business performance measures, revenue and marketplace analytics, or competitor analysis. • Present ideas for process and systems improvement recommendations that assist the business in achieving its goals and objectives, while leveraging best practices and professional experiences. • Acquire and maintain a deep understanding of CMS applications, customer needs, and various business units within Vitu. • Communicate with leadership on impacts to changes in project scope while communicating impact to management and team. • Ensure appropriate project or user documentation is produced/used. • Manage individual workload and assist with defining and prioritizing tasks. • Ability to work effectively on multiple assignments, activities, or projects. • Ensures all analytical processes adhere to established business/department standards and protocols. • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 5 years’ experience in a related field.
- Must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to actively resolve problems.
- Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for individuals and larger audiences.
- Must have computer literacy (including Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Smartsheet experience).
- Demonstrated experience of problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy.
- Understand the necessity and the value of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be highly organized and have strong time management skills.
- Must be assertive, confident, and able to work as an individual and as part of a team and strive to exceed customer expectations.

• The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer will own the day-to-day development and maintenance of Verisma's Power BI reporting environment, serving as the primary builder and steward of our business intelligence solutions. • Responsible for translating business requirements into performant, accurate, and compliant reports and dashboards. • Independently resolve report bugs and data discrepancies, manage enhancements, and maintain the reliability and accuracy of all BI assets. • Lead the full build lifecycle for new Power BI reports and dashboards – from requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment through delivery and documentation. • Write and maintain T-SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions to support reporting and BI needs. • Define and enforce BI standards, naming conventions, semantic model design patterns, and governance frameworks as the team and data platform mature. • Serve as the BI subject matter expert in cross-functional technical discussions, architecture reviews, and data platform planning. • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including report documentation, data dictionaries, field definitions, measure libraries, and process flows. • Ensure all reporting solutions comply with HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC 2 requirements for PHI data handling and access governance; maintain audit-ready documentation and access control records.
