• The Senior Power BI Analyst is responsible for assisting the revenue cycle management team in monitoring revenue and accounts receivable data through Power BI reporting. • The person will work with key stakeholders to transform raw data into cohesive, valuable reports capturing meaningful business insights. • Other responsibilities include compiling comprehensive reports for clients, data mining and analysis, and providing support for the day-to-day operations. • Work with our revenue cycle project leaders to understand our business processes and to develop reporting and analytics to monitor financial performance. • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet the business stakeholders’ needs. • Gather and understand business requirements for data visualization and analysis. • Collaborate with data teams and analysts to acquire, clean, and transform data for reporting purposes. • Create complex DAX calculations and measures to support data analysis. • Ensure data security and compliance with best practices. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports. • Providing training and support to end users on using Power BI. • Keep up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and trends. • Prepare recurring daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards to address and support key business functions and initiatives. • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of client specific data, including payer mix, insurance and financial classes, patient access system details, data timing issues, and other issues of specific importance to each client. • Support day-to-day operations with ad-hoc analyses. • Communicate and collaborate with other team members and clients to develop solutions as needed. • Compile comprehensive and accurate client facing reports on a timely basis. • Analyze and solve problems quickly and thoroughly. • Other duties as assigned. • Use, protect and disclose patients’ protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. • Understand and comply with Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures at all times. • Limit viewing of PHI to the absolute minimum as necessary to perform assigned duties.

• Hands-on technical ownership of a set of BI and Reporting solutions, including reports, data marts and dashboards, for a part of Apex’s global business. • Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau. • Utilise Snowflake as the data source to ensure accurate, up-to-date, and well-structured data for reporting. • Ensure that BI and Reporting solutions meet performance and security requirements and that outputs are delivered within the defined SLA’s. • Ensure that you follow best practices for software development, including version control, coding standards, and testing methodologies. • Communicate status, risks, and issues promptly. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and IT teams, to identify requirements and their potential solutions. • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration from various sources into Snowflake and the coordination of data models. • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable BI solutions. • Provide insights on best practices for data visualisation and reporting based on industry standards. • Optimise query performance and report loading times to ensure a seamless user experience. • Identify and resolve data quality and performance issues in collaboration with data engineering teams. • Implement data governance practices to maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance within BI solutions. • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and policies. • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake. • Document BI solutions, data models, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability. • Conduct training sessions to educate end-users on how to use and interpret BI reports.

• Own medium-complexity analytics projects from requirements gathering through delivery, working with stakeholders to define objectives and success metrics. • Analyze and interpret structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. • Design and develop reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker), aligning outputs with stakeholder needs and business goals. • Translate business logic into technical specifications and implement calculations, KPIs, and rules in analytics environments. • Conduct exploratory analysis and hypothesis testing to validate assumptions and guide business decisions. • Collaborate with data engineers and developers to ensure data flows, structures, and integrations meet analytical requirements. • Contribute to data governance efforts by creating, maintaining, and enforcing data definitions, metadata, and lineage documentation. • Apply data quality and validation techniques to improve trust in data across the organization. • Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve client experience, and increase revenue. • Utilize basic data modeling techniques (e.g., star/snowflake schema) and assist in the development of data pipelines and ETL workflows. • Present findings to diverse audiences, using visual storytelling and plain-language explanations to drive alignment and action.
